Loved it! Beautifully poured lattes, you even get to choose the beans for your espresso!
They also sell some superb quality beans from onyx, jbc, and Sey. We’ll definitely be back if in Madison!

Cafe domestique serves some of the best espresso in town. Both the Northstreet location and the original have great cafe drinks— my go to is the iced vanilla latte! Space in this cafe is a little tight, so if you’re looking to hunker down and get some work done for a few hours this probably isn’t the right place, but i do love a quick stay to read a chapter or two of a book in their bright and airy space!

Best lattes anywhere, in a while. Would highly recommend the ube latte for sweet tooths and the burnt honey or maple and sea salt latte for a more subtle sweet. Ambience and staff are also great

Great local spot for excellent espresso and awesome drinks including all the regulars and rotating specials. Fresh delicious pastries, great vibes. Not the biggest interior but it is accented beautifully with art and decorations that are tasteful and very easy on the eyes. Wonderful staff make it a must try in the neighborhood.

Cafe Domestique provided coffee for our wedding. They were very easy to communicate with leading up to the big day, and the coffee was excellent! They even stamped the cups with a custom design (that we made with Canva). Our guests enjoyed it very much and we would highly recommend! Thanks, Cafe Domestique!

This place is a gem! The barista was so nice, helpful, and chill. We immediately felt at home. They have some great coffee roaster options (including Onyx and Intelligentsia’s exclusive new Geisha line). We opted for an oat milk matcha and it was one of the best we’ve had; lots of love went into serving us a high-quality drink.

The cycling decor and vibe is just enough without feeling like overkill. Plus, the cycling store that’s connected looks rad! This is a great place to get your caffeine fix, whether you want to hang by their large windows and watch the street or grab a cup to go.

Very comfy ambiance and the staff is incredibly friendly! I ordered the Maple and Smoked Salt Latte - extra sweet and it was not sweet enough to my taste but was still full of flavor and very delicious! I highly recommend. Seems like a nice quiet place to get some work done.

We recently had the mobile coffee bar at our wedding and it was a hit. We wanted people get a taste of one of our favorite coffee spots in Madison and Dan delivered- 10,000 points to DOMESTIQUE! I wish I could set up this coffee bar at my house permanently.

AMAZING coffee! We had their coffee cart at our wedding and it was a huge hit! Their ube lattes are to die for. Dan was incredible to work with and made our guest experience amazing. Even a little rain during the day didn’t phase him; he just kept smiling and making great coffee. Highly recommend for your next event or if you’re ever near one of their cafes!

This coffee shop was very cute, loved the atmosphere and the fact that it shares the area with a bicycle shop. The coffee was really good!

I always make an effort to stop at this cafe when visiting Madison. The espresso quality is on point, and the staff are always so kind and fun to talk to. I had the pleasure to speak with a barista named Jackson, who sparked a conversation with me because he liked my Pink Floyd t-shirt. This interaction alongside the quad shot vanilla latte that Jackson absolutely nailed truly made this visit more wonderful. I look forward to this coffee shop every time I’m in town.

This was our goto coffee shop while visiting Madison. The coffee is excellent. We will definitely visit again when we're back in town. Madison Sourdough is nearby so you can bring your coffee over, get a pastry, and sit outside on the patio when the weather permits.

Super cute, bicycle themed multi-roaster coffee shop. Very helpful and friendly staff. Cool space. Will return. Recommended.

Friendly staff. High quality espresso and cold brew. Interesting single origin sugars. Had some from Cali, Colombia in my flat white. Enjoyed it immensely. Connected to a bike shop too, which I guess could be helpful.

Good brewed coffee. Espresso machine is a top notch LaMarzocco Linea two group and the baristas are doing the right stuff. Great decor and friendly.

In a town full of great coffee, this is the best of the best. Bonus: Locally made flavored syrups I haven't seen anywhere else (maple & smoked sea salt is my fave). Bonus bonus: They share a space with Cargo Bike Shop & are right next to Batch Bakehouse, Ace Hardware, & St Vinnie's. So I can get the best coffee plus get my bike fixed, my thrift on, & my croissant & tool habits fed, all in one go.

Beyond good. This is by far some of the best coffee in town. As a bonus, Cafe Domestique is leading the way with Huskee cup-a refillable cup that users return for a reusable coffee experience. This is such an important step in mainstreaming the reuse aspect of the circular economy. Bravo to this offering and practice. I will be back again and again and offer the highest praise and strongest recommendations to any folks looking for cafe or coffee recommendations. Thanks again.
