A FIREPLACE that pumps out the good heat during the cold months. Nice selection of teas. Sugar cookies 🍪 😋 during the holiday season. Great atmosphere. Bathrooms clean & tidy every hour. Coffee perfect! Did I mention they have A FIREPLACE!!

this starbucks location is so great! the baristas make the drinks super fast and accurate even when it’s busy and packed to the brim with customers. plus they have numerous mobile orders to make too. they’re also super friendly and have great attitudes. i will definitely keep coming back here!

I really recommend this Starbucks, especially thanks to their barista Hannah. She is always in a good mood and truly warms up the whole place with her positive attitude. I come for the coffee but I totally stay for the warm environment. Thanks Hannah, and the rest of your coworkers!

Second time here and had a great and lovely experience at this Starbucks on both occasions. Everyone was kind, lively and did their jobs well. Very efficient team too.

Friendly staff and quick service! Also, there's a great array of seating from booths to stools to tables so you can hang out with your newspaper or homework.

This is a great place to study. This Starbucks serves tasty beverages, including flavorful teas, mochas, lattes such as chai and the infamous fall seasonal pumpkin spice. There is a first floor as well as a second floor with fashionable seating. It is easy to focus and concentrate on homework here. The music is pleasant.

Busy but quick service. Everyone is nice and they try to remember my name. Very helpful staff. If you are in a hurry, this is the place to stop. :)

Fellow Starbucks barista visiting from northeast Wisconsin! Went here at 7am and was helped by Carlee! She was extremely friendly, helpful, and personable. Coffee & latte quality were spot on. Will be sure to stop in again!

Staff here does their best toward guests. Busy store but clean and cozy but they are one of fastest starbucks at preparing your order. Comfortable seating.I think Starbucks is amazing! Their customer service is outstanding! When you don't like a drink they replace it with something else. If you are not satisfied with your experience at Starbucks they always make sure you have a better experience next time when you call the customer service line and let them know what's going on. Starbucks rewards are awesome with earning stars to get free drinks or a bite to eat if you want instead. The quality of the coffee and food is the great you get what you pay for! I am a daily customer of this location and I have never once had a problem. This place does an excellent job getting drinks and food out quickly considering the number of customers it gets a day (especially during class changes, and the early morning rush). They are quick with online orders, and are happy to fix a drink if there was a mistake or miscommunication with the order. I just wish the place was bigger!

They are quick and efficient and always great at customizing drinks. They may not be “local business”, but they hire locally and cater to our community of hungover undergrads and caffeine-driven researchers impressively well.

I love this starbucks. The upstairs is quiet and perfect for studying. The main level is usually pretty lively and great for study group meetings. The balcony is quiet enough to have a conversation on when it's open. The service is great; it's mostly students working there.

Friendly staff who will remember your face, fast orders, but usually pretty crowded. Avoid coming here during buy-one-get-one Frappucino week, because it will be mobbed by students. Nice that it has an upstairs seating are, though, for reading/working/relaxing.

The updated interior is fresh and clean. There are more workspaces and they hug the wall making more space. The coffee is great as always. The food items/ treats change often. There are two floors and is very popular with students. Free Google wifi and discounts for cardholders.

Super busy especially during peak hours, but the baristas are great at what they do so it's fine.

I don't go to Starbucks often, but after coming here twice in the past two weeks made my day each time, mainly because of the great service. Everyone was smiling and the baristas were super friendly. I'm not a huge coffee fan, but the great employees might just turn me into one!

staff was amazing and quick, helped me figure out the app and were super kind to me on my birthday! even wrote it on the cup. plus my frapp was delicious.

Hadn't been in quite some time, but to be honest, they made one of the best latte's I've had in a while, and as a bonus, gave me a free drink because the Starbucks phone app was not working properly. Great drink, great customer service; nice way to start my day.
