After the initial result didn’t yield the high standard that Dan expected due to issues with the drywall install, Dan and his team didn’t hesitate to redo the installation, ensuring it would be a perfect result before we returned to our home. Decora Company's customer service is top notch. I made a typo in my own shipping address and my package ended up across town. Dan worked with me and UPS all day to make sure I received the info I needed to retrieve the package.
