I needed a new laptop and got just what I needed from Ampro. Kim, Jerry, Justin, and the rest are the easiest, most pleasant people to deal with of all my business relationships. They provide complete service, round-the-clock protection, excellent products, and a few good laughs and stories along with it. They're the best!

We really appreciate Justin's patience with all the questions he answered for us. Our new Lenovo ThinkCenter M70q is so compact and fast. It's only a day old, however we are happy with it. Thanks to the entire staff at Ampro for all their help and kindness.

My computer was 4 years old and not running the way I'd like. I got a virus on my computer on Saturday, emailed Ampro on Monday and Justin contacted me later that day. I visited Ampro on Tuesday.

Justin, Jerry and Kim were all very helpful! Justin explained that they could remove the virus, or for just a bit more I could get a new computer. I chose to get a new computer.

Justin and Jerry were very diligent when setting up the new computer. Jerry came out the same day to my home to physically set up the new computer.

I had complained about a new update that occurred on my old computer that caused annoyances for me. They made sure that the annoyances I had were not there anymore. When I logged in, all of my bookmarks, files, etc. were all there. I didn't have to do any extra work to use my computer.

I came into their office at 8 the morning to see about an obscure old router that wasn't working, They searched for a replacement part or a cord but weren't able to locate one. They then stopped by that day a few hours later to take a look at it and they resolved the issue for us.
And two days later they did a follow up phone call to make sure everything is running great. Great company and customer service.

I've been working with Ampro Data for 15+ years. That should say it all, however, I will add...They are a pleasure to work with. With every call they treat you like you are the most important person at that moment. Someone is always either able to help me via phone, call in to my computer or they dispatch someone out to my facility that day! You start to feel like family. They take a personal interest in you and your company. They are always friendly from Shannon answering the phone or the owner Kim asking how she can help me! Jerry and Justin are always ready with a solution. I was lucky enough to have known them from when Big Jerry was there! He could come to my company to drop off an Ampro order book and he would be ready with the jokes! I'd stop in the office and there he would be dressed up in his suit and would take the time to come out and greet me...mostly to tell me some of his newest joke! I sure do miss him.
