Sears

Today (September 16th) I went here thinking it was still open. I was greeted with a sign on the door saying this location is permanently closed. Yet I proceed to walk through the doors. A nice woman comes out and says the store is closed and has been closed to the public since September 6th. She said there are still a few fixtures left for purchase though. She shows me around and the store is almost completely empty. There were still a couple people I saw there clearing the shelves and other fixtures out in the back area. The store was pretty much bare. After I left it reminded me how great this store was and how sad it is to see this close. Even though it never seemed to have customers in it. This area (especially with Boston store right next to it abandoned too) is so bare and trashy/sad looking. It sucks this was the last full service sears in Wisconsin. Closest one as of now is in Chicago.

Very helpful staff. They go the extra mile to be helpful. Many items are less than the sticker price on the floor. Not too many Sears around anymore. Good to know this one will be here for some time!

We decided to randomly go into Sears and I'm sooooo glad we did!! They were having MAJOR sales for the holiday season and I saved so much money shopping for my kids!! They have a really nice section of shoes for each boys and girls and I ended up getting 2 pairs of shoes for each kid for only $50!! I highly recommend going in and looking around at everything...you will end up buying something and saving quite a bit!

Went to the optical department to order glasses, optician was very knowledgeable for frames and lens. Very nice to find this high standard of workmanship. Will go back and refer others. Dr.s are excellent there also.

I go to Sears all the time...Madison East side...they have rearranged their floor pattern of merchandise..
Sports equipment was moved where electronics used to be... I priced out their weight room equipment

Price was very reasonable for a Die Hard Battery; they even honored the online price. $30.00 cheaper than Auto Zone

Service at Sears Optical was great and staff were very pleasant. Received my glasses in a shorter time than expected
