I got the sesame chicken combo plate and the beef & broccoli combo plate which both come with fried rice and an egg roll. I also got edamame and the lychee soda. My order was perfect and I will definitely order here again.

Both my friends and I enjoyed the delicious Chinese food here. The service are also nice and excellent to the customers. My friends took the pictures of the dishes and will show them to their own friends. They planned to have more food in Oriental Wok again!

I order from here a decent amount. Food is always great and comes as ordered. Delivery usually says to be around 40 minutes and has always been on time

Favorite place to dine in Madison! Such a cute restaurant with amazing food!! Prices are great too. Absolutely love it here!!

Good food

just had a curry delivery. It was very bland. The purpose of curry is to provide a powerful taste sensation. The best curry's I have had in Asia and England, were quite spicy. This was not. Quite disappointing

The sushi was good but the chicken tempura was really nasty, it was slimy and very greasy, I couldn't eat much if it, there tempura ice cream was amazing though, I'd go there for dessert but that's about it

I really love this place but I will never order again. I normally pay with debit card and tip well over 10%. However this one night I lost my debit card and had to pay in cash and was only able to tip the left over change (which I felt really bad about). Once I told the delivery driver that I didn’t have a tip today (mind you I order from this place often and tip EVERY SINGLE TIME) he slammed the food in my chest very hard and started yelling at me saying that black people never f***** tip 😂 I found it really funny that he got upset, but I did file a police report. So the food is nice, but I don’t want to be attacked again🤷🏾‍♀

The fried rice was good but the sesame chicken was dried out without any sesame sauce on it.

I rather stick with Taste of Sichuan at least their sesame chicken doesn’t look dry like Oriental Wok is.

Oh where do I begin. One of their drivers left flyers in my condo. Apparently my neighborhood is on the outskirt of their delivery area. On multiple occasions I had difficulty ordering. The "manager" who seems to be one of the only people with proficient english, would try to get me to pay more for food. One occasion she was trying to tell me that fried rice was $2 more than the flyer said. Another time she asked me to order more because of how far the driver has to go. The last time I ordered from there she wanted me to order more or tip more due to distance (which I had no problem with). Oddly enough, I got really sick that night and next day had to call in to work.
I won't order from them again. Lying about the pricing, asking customers to pay more when it's within the "minimum delivery" and trying to pre-negotiate tips. Why put flyers in our building if you are going to do things like this????

No apparent sign letting you know where their business is unless you actually look in the maps and see that it is inside another restaurant or I guess they’re two restaurants in one. No clear signage. Strike 1.

This visit was by far the worse Chinese food I’ve ever had. I always try a new Chinese joint out by starting with some basics like the shrimp fried rice and the fried chicken wings.

The shrimp fried rice was old as hell and seem reheated or over cooked. The shrimps were awfully old. Strike 2.

The fried chicken wings were old and dry. I tried to use ketchup or the little sauce provided to mask it but it was less than enjoyable. Strike 3.

Ordered food from this place last night, got the free egg roll, which I had specified VEGETABLE (I am a vegetarian), got about half way through it, and discovered PORK. So I called to get my money back, and was told they couldn't because they had closed out the card machine (two hours before they closed), so I went down there to get a cash refund. When I got there, the lady working tried handing me $1.50.I explained that I wanted the entire sum of my order refunded, and got nowhere. TWENTY MINUTES LATER, I had to threaten to puke on the floor and refund their pork. She begrudgingly gave me $10 (about half the price of the order). Terrible customer service. I had previously ordered from here before and stomached the greasy food because it was nearby and fairly cheap, but I am DONE with this place.

Sadly I will not be ordering from here anymore. I've had food orders messed up a few times and my soda is missed more often than not.. but this time not only was I missing the soda; I didn't get the shrimp (that is 2 dollars more) in the SHRIMP yaki soba! No meat at all actually, so just veggies, and hardly any at that.. the noodles also have no taste to them like they usually do. I'm very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The girl I am with answered the door and paid the driver, who then commented on her physical appearance and texted her afterwards continuing to compliment her physical appearance. Could not be more unprofessional. When we called to complain to a manager all they seemed to be concerned with was the quality of the food. Would not take action against the driver. Will never order from them again. Plus the food tasted like cardboard. Will be passing this experience on to as many people as I am physically capable of.

Food was not good. Terrible fried rice. Tasted old and undercooked. Like cardboard almost. Sweet and sour sauce was lumpy. And the fortune cookies were surprisingly stale. Wouldn't recommend and won't come back.
