Had several great experiences at this shop recently. When the bike was acting up I brought it in and the staff went the extra mile to make sure I could do my planned ride the next day. When purchasing shoes, they took their time so that I got the best fit. Craig, the bike fitter out of the shop, has me 100% dialed in. Definitely an asset to west Madison/Middleton area.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff with lots of experience. I come here for pretty much everything I needed to complete my first triathlon. Lots of great bikes available as well.

Great experience! I purchased my first real road bike and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had the bike transferred from their Dallas location and The staff was awesome! I worked predominately with Richard and he was excellent. The whole staff is Friendly, knowledgeable, and showed great patience with me. I spent quite a bit of time there picking up and getting fitted with my bike. Richard and staff answered all of my questions and I left knowing I will always check with playTri in Middleton first, before I buy anything bike related. I would highly recommend checking with them first for all of your bike needs!

We had a fantastic experience with Richard at PlayTri! We came in to look at Lake cycling shoes. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and spent over 30 minutes with us. The store has a good selection of models and sizes, including wide widths. I can’t praise Richard highly enough - thank you so much for your time, expertise, and kindness. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Just had a bike fit yesterday with the team at PlayTri, and I could not be happier with how the fit went and the result! I had all of my serious fit issues fixed with my triathlon bike, and they armed me with the knowledge for why each adjustment or new component was needed and what could be adjusted more down the road. The whole store staff was helping which made me feel like I was getting all the best input. The price tag was incredible for how much work and time I spent. I couldn't recommend this store and staff enough & I will definitely be going back there for all my triathlon needs!

I went to your store today to purchase my first pair of running shoes. I truly had a wonderful experience. The sales associate explained everything that we would do for the fitting - talked me through the treadmill run and what was seen in my stride. No pressure on a type or price of shoe, just what would work for me. Same for sox and other things for the beginner runner. It was a great experience but sad to say the sales associate who helped me - it was her last day, but she was outstanding on all levels. I look forward to going back again.

Up until today, I've purchased shoes based on if they fit and I like how they look. It wasn't until recently that I heard that this store will record your stride, show you and explain what's going on, and pick out shoes that can correct if need be. I even got suggestions on hip strengthening exercises. I've never learned so much from a shoe store, and the price wasn't any more than I've spent on previous pairs of shoes. Super helpful staff

I purchased a bike here with a great service. But the bike pedal falls off in another state. I called this store. Everyone was trying to assist and they even contacted a store in current state for me to get fixed locally. It is beyond my expectations. I appreciate your exceptional service. Thank you!

Helpful and NOT over priced. I shopped around and sure I paid a little and I do mean a little $3 more for my first pair of quality running shoes. The service was outstanding and I got an education. Great service, great shoes and an education for 3 bucks more that's what I call value. Thanks for all you do Josh and Endurance House.

We've had four members of our family come in for analysis and there has never been any pressure to buy a particular shoe or even buy a shoe from their store. The results of their guidance and experience have always put us in the right shoe. They even did all the work to get the right pair of shoes ordered and shipped to our daughter attending college in Maine. And the Tuesday Night Run groups are always a fun and social way to get out on the road. Hats off to Justin and his team at the Middleton store for all they have done for us. We're hooked on E-House!

Justin was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to me to find a pair of shoe that works well for me. Ended up buying a pair that I wasn’t satisfied with after the first run... brought them back and he swapped them out with something new... no issues!

The kindest, most professional staff I’ve ever experienced. You get to briefly run to help them figure out what your stride is and what shoe fits best. I will always refer these guys as THE place to go to find the right shoe for your athleticism.

Wonderful experience. It took me a couple of months to decide which bike to purchase and there was no pressure by anyone to speed up the process. Richard was a great help. When I decided on a bike they had to order it and said it would take five days to get in. It was there in three and I was riding it on Saturday. I would recommend Playtri to anyone looking for a bike.

This is a great place to buy running shoes. They analyze your running by video taping you on a treadmill and then selecting the correct shoe for you. All of the employees are runners and are highly trained. I would highly recommend this store.

I used to run a lot and worked for Finish Line in the past so I had a generally good base knowledge of running shoes but after I visited this store while I was in the area for business I will never see running shes the same way again. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They offered free running analysis for each person to find out which shoe would work better for an individual depending on how that persons heel strike and pronation was. They do this by recording a video of your feel while you run in a treadmill. Not only that but they also have you stand on a pressure pad to record your arches so if you have high arches they can get you the right shoe for that. The prices were a little higher (maybe $10) than online but I didn't mind paying a little more for the customer service I received because the internet cant provide you with the friendly and knowledgeable service I got from the staff at Endurance House. Five Stars!!!

Best place to get fitted for shoes. Whether you run, walk or just like wearing comfortable shoes, this is the place to go! Justin and his staff have a great process called the Personalized Movement Profile, which looks at multiple different factors and uses the latest technology to make sure you go home in the perfect shoe for you!

Bike fitting by Craig was a great experience. He was knowledgeable and clearly cares for the riders experience and takes into account their current and future needs. Additionally, he noticed a minor height difference in my aerobars and they were kind enough to work through that problem and others discovered along the way. Honest and very helpful service. I would highly recommend fitting and bike service for any triatheletes in the Madison area. I will continue to go back for tri gear, fitting tweaks, and bike tuning. Could not have had a better experience and the ride after my fit was incredible. Night and day difference in the saddle. Cervelo P2.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff who are willing to teach any level of endurance athlete and help you find gear within your price range. They even host free group sports like yoga and Tuesday night run clubs.
