John is a stand up guy. He waited past closing time so that my 7 year old could pick up his new bike. Then as usual, he went the extra mile to adjust the bike to my son's needs. He readjusted the brake grips, brakes, seat, and even the reflector to ensure it was perfect. I am grateful to still have a "real deal" bike shop to go to!

John, the proprietor, is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Very experienced and knowledgeable as well.

I brought in my old, 90s-era mountain bike for a much needed overhaul, and after totaling up everything that needed to be done the owner pointed out that he had better bikes for sale at nearly the same amount as the repairs would take. I should note that in 16 years, after many miles of abuse, I had never done any maintenance to my old bike, so it essentially needed a pretty serious overhaul including new cables, brakes, new seat and grips, new cassette and a bunch of other things. I appreciated how honest the guy was about the costs and the quality of my old bike, and bought a used bike from him on the spot. The new bike is much better than my old one, and overall the experience was great. The owner obviously knows bikes like the back of his hand. His prices for bikes and for repairs compare very favorably with rates at the bigger Madison shops, and the location is a lot more convenient for many of us.

We've taken our bikes here for tune-ups and repairs the past couple of years and been extremely pleased with the quality of work and the experience of the owner. He works his butt off all summer long and just knows everything there is to know about a bike and is so very accommodating. We'll never go anywhere else as long as Wana Bike is down the road from us in the next town/village. Just really great service and very reasonable.

Fantastic bike shop, John is very knowledgeable and great to work with. When we ran out of time and had to go to work, John delivered our bikes to our house that night. Free delivery. Small town atmosphere.

Was riding my bike in my neighborhood and had brake issues, I stopped in and John was very helpful and was able to handle some adjustments on my Schwinn with no problems. A great service in a great village.

We went to Wana Bike Shop to get a new BMX bike for our son. John helped us out with getting him a bike. He told our son that he also raced BMX and talked to him about some of his stories. John had our son take the bike outside for a ride, we came back in and he made some adjustments on the bike to get him ready for racing. Great job, Thanks John!!

This is a great small town bikeshop, whose owner has a bank of knowledge and experience. Had what I needed, worked on my bike right then and there, cared about doing it right, and went the extra mile to find what I needed. Excellent service and friendly.

Had a broken tire on my Haro bike. Wana Bike called Haro and got me a new tire on warranty. Once it came in, they set me up in 15 minutes. Great service.
