This place never disappoints. Great food. Great service. The prime rib is the best around. Most of the staff has been there a long time. Definitely In the top three places to eat in Monroe. I’ve paid way more money for meals that aren’t anywhere near as good as here.

The best prime rib you will ever get! It comes with green beans and a choice of potato. I went with the sweet potato fries, but have gotten their garlic mashed potatoes and they are delicious! Their kids macaroni and cheese was also very good and comes with several side options. Overall, highly recommend!

By far my favorite restaurant in Monroe. Food is amazing and they have a great specialty drink menu. A burger, sweet potato fries, and a painkiller are my go to. Make sure you order a couple sides of curd sauce too, its fantastic!

The interior has a open industrial look. The cheese curds are some of the best that you can ever get. The only curds that are better are the curds at the Green County Fair or on the Square at Cheese Days in Monroe. I had the #6 Burger I ordered it medium rare, it was a spot on. The caramelized onions add a nice sweet component and offset the salt of the bacon. My wife had the Rueben and she thought it was too salty. The hand cut fries were nice and thin and nicely seasoned with salt. I will be back again. July 2022 update great cheese curds. Some of the best cheese curds you'll. Not the best that's reserved for the Optimus tent at the Green Co. Fair and Cheese Days.

Buggyworks Restaurant and Pub in Monroe is a “must” when you visit this town. We lived in Monroe for a number of years and Buggyworks was one of our regular spots. The owner, Jeff Ewald is passionate about food and you see that throughout the menu. The entire staff is welcoming and committed to excellence in the dining experience. SPECIAL NOTE: Buggyworks is celebrating the fact that their, “We Curd You Like Bacon” was named the Green County Hamburger of the year! A pic of the staff with the trophy is attached. Do yourself a favor and try one.

We stopped to get a stamp for the Green County Best Burger Challenge. Food was GREAT! The burger had a nice crisp on the outside-- delicious and cooked just as we each ordered (I like mine medium well, husband likes rare to medium.). Server Terri was helpful, friendly, and efficient. Very fun atmosphere, chic brickwork decor. We are new to area, glad we found this place. Menu looks very good, we will be back!

The rumors are true, this is one of Monroe's best restaurants! I went here for lunch and I left full and very satisfied. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is inspiring, and it's worth going back to again and again!

The food is great and servers are pretty awesome! If you are looking for a good steak or exceptional prime rib this would be my pick in town. Get there earlier on Saturday for prime rib cause it's usually gone by 7:30pm.

Food was incredible! Drinks are yummy. Got the Melon Ball and Summer slammer. Sweet potatoes fries were great.

Went to this rather nice restaurant to celebrate a holiday with my extended family. The staff was wonderful and helped our main waitress deliver food and refills. Amazing how fast our orders came out and everything was fantastic. Personally had the prime rib dinner and it was perfect. The menu has a lot to offer and our entire family, 10 folks age 3 to 67, found something they loved. Highly recommended!

Very nice, super clean place. Is totally remodeled and repurposed old building, done up very nice. Old world charm. I loved the huge steel beams that are riveted from the turn of the century. Waitress was great and sweet. My drink was mixed perfectly and the steak was extremely flavorful and tender. I was quite pleasantly surprised with my experience. Not used to finding good places anymore. I will go back and highly recommend it.

Drinks, appetizer, and meals were absolutely amazing!!! A+ from initial service until our tab came!

Even though it was a very busy Friday night we had a short wait for a table and excellent service. Cheese curds appetizers were outstanding! The dinners, shrimp, walleye and Mac n cheese could not have been better. We all wanted dessert but because of dinner size we were to stuffed. There will be a trip back for coffee and dessert only.

Buggyworks has some of the best mac and cheese in town, made with cheese from Green County's amazing local cheesemakers! Prices are reasonable as well!

Great food and great drinks! I had the Moody Blue burger, my fiancée had the Fitzgibbons salad with chopped ribeye and both were really good. The fried picked app are the best we've had, the slices are thick and the breading is delicious. Great service and cool setting, highly recommended!
