The Great Clips girl that cut my hair in Monroe, Wisconsin on 03/01/2024 is not only a fine hair stylist but she got me in with a full schedule and as far as I know she worked the shop by herself all day..!.. I needed my haircut for a dinner party that evening and she squeezed me in.. I tipped her $10.00 and thanked her for going above and beyond..Now that’s dedication!

Honestly, I haven't had good luck with cuts from this establishment in the past. I had all but given up but was told to ask for a specific person before going elsewhere. My last 2 hair cuts have been perfect. In fact, the cut I just received was the best cut I've received in the last 20 years!! Thank you very much Holly!!

Updated review time! I'm happy to report that its better than it was last time I reviewed it. There are more stylists and the place has been updated to feel more inviting. I highly recommend the app so you dont have to wait around for a haircut.
Also be nice to my stylists they are amazing people and I'm tired of hearing about rude customers. Once again great service and well worth the wait!

The app was convenient! I was in within 20 min just after the lunch hour. Jessica cut my hair, and she shared what she knew about life in Monroe. I just needed to prep for a new transition with work and now have more confidence!

I'm bad with names, but the woman who worked there, it was actually her day off. She opened on Wednesday, which wasn't normal business hours. She didn't have anything going on so she opened. I did make an appointment bc it was a 2 hr wait for walk ins. She did an excellent job at cutting my hair. Very friendly.

Was in and out, online check in is great. Not sure the gals name that cut my hair, but she did an awesome job! Will def be going back

My son (4yrs), after many years of refusing to go to a salon for a hair cut, finally decided today was the day. Picked out his style and Jessica at Great Clips did a great job! We love it and will be going back to her! She did a great cut and fade!

Best staff of hairstylists/haircuts in Monroe. I've never walked out of there with a bad haircut. 4/11/22 Another GREAT haircut today! My stylist was the best... friendly and professional. Even volunteered to trim my eyebrows and ears, something you don't see happen with most salons.ill never go anywhere else!

Checking in online is the best thing they have done. You get through quicker, you know when they are busy. It's great way to better manage your time. 02.21.22 Update - they have updated their app. It's even easier to use and it keeps you up to date when you are supposed to check in.

Loved getting my hair done. Holly did exactly what I wanted. My daughter had no idea what she wanted and they helped her pick and she loves her cute pixie.

My stylist was great. Did a great job on my curls.

I was so traumatized by Cost Cutters messing up my hair that it took over a year before I got my hair cut. My hair dresser listened to what I wanted and she did a very good job. She made sure that I was satisfied before I walked out the door. The prices are very reasonable.

They do very good at this location. They are usually busy but if you sign up online it tells you when to come so you don't have to wait there. It's a nice place They do a good job

Called ahead to ask a few questions. The gal on the phone was very friendly and told me there was a wait so she recommended online check in. Got there and was in a chair in 5 mins because of it. Stylist was friendly and did exactly what I asked for. Feeling amazing and LOVING my new hair. Thanks Great Clips!

Only a short wait and I have a haircut that fits the description I gave the stylist. Both my husband and I go here and always walk out happy. The stylists are friendly and make the time pass quickly.

I use the online service for checking in it always works out great for me. The haircuts are a little expensive but always professional and very well done. Great bald fade Great Clips

My stylist, Holly, was amazing! I had majorly damaged hair and she took the time to actually listen to my concerns and gave me an amazing cut! I highly recommend !!!!

Love this place, the staff are wonderful, and they really listen to their customers. Salon is quick,- yet not rushed, clean and neat. Always helpful and very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Very good haircut, reasonably priced & friendly people. It was refreshing to get a good haircut that didn't cost a fortune. My stylist was very friendly and did a Great Job ☺
