Several years ago we came camping at the state park on the hottest weekend of the year. As soon as we arrived our water pump went out. The owner gave us an extremely reasonable estimate on Saturday, got parts and fixed it for us on Sunday. He could have easily gouged us -- how far could we have limped it to a different shop without completely burning the engine up? But he was so considerate and helpful. Hard to find that kind of selfless service in any industry these days!

Came into town late on a Thursday even from Milwaukee to visit some friends at their camper. Hit something on the road, took here that Friday morning to be look at, he called me later in the day, gave me a quote and said he could have it ready by Saturday. Just picked up the car and it drives great. Thank you for the great service!!! I was able to enjoy my weekend away knowing that it would be fixed for me to leave back home on Sunday.

Great Service. I had a gas leak on my truck while camping and brought it here. He had it fixed quickly and even gave me a ride back to my site and picked me up when it was done. Highly recommend!

2 different occasions, 2 different vehicles, and Rich was able to mount and balance a tire for us,. No hassle and very reasonable price. Definitely saved us and we'll always go to him when we're in Necedah.
