Dallas and Richard are out here doing Gods work. Dallas was able to diagnose and solve a complex issue that had stumped several other experienced gunsmiths. Less than a week before hunting season we discovered that my son’s rifle would not fire or eject shells. In a panic, I contacted RDB and Richard suggested that I bring it i. He and Dallas quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately called the manufacturer for parts. 5-days later I was able to pick it up and we’ll be in the woods tomorrow. Thank you for the quick service!

I have been blessed to know Mr. Black since 2000 (through mutual employment). Personally, I would trust him & his work with my life! He was our range master & armorer at our mutual employment.

Awesome gunsmith! Came here today to get my night sights installed on my mp shield plus and Richard did an amazing job!

He was very maticulus and very gentle. He used all kinds of special tools to get the front sight off. Getting it off was a bloody nightmare! I was amazed at his precision and very technical as he said the front sight should be able to be inserted half way without any sight pusher.

After installing it I was fine with the sight pusher marks it left on front sight but he insisted as a professional he needed to clean that up. The finish on slide was absolutely not touched and the slight tool mark on sight I was fine with but Richard being the professional would not allow it to go out looking blemished. Once he applied some chemicals to it, he even used a timer to count down when it would be ready

Richard did a fantastic job and I was originally going to use my MP sight pusher but it's quite obvious that wouldn't have worked.

The one thing I really liked about Richard he treats your firearm as it is his own. Often times if you want something done right you have to do it yourself but his care and attention to detail speaks volumes.

I had three rifles reblued. Excellent work. Mounted my international front sight on my Schultz Larsen target and had work done on the crown. This man knows what he’s doing. Great prices and great work.

Stopped in and spoke with Richard. Very knowledgeable, friendly, has all the right equipment and prices are very fair. Put a new sight on my gun while I waited and when done it is now more accurate then ever. Would surely go back for any of my needs.

Richard found, and fixed a problem on my rifle in about 30 minutes, that had me puzzled. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable. If needed, I will definitely use his services again, and I have already told two of my gun owner friends about him.
