St. Mary Parish, now closed, was a wonderfully spiritual, warm small Catholic Parish. Sadly, structural deterioration and other considerations, made it infeasible to continue according to the Diocese of LaCrosse. An historical, beloved landmark, St Mary's will be painfully missed by many.

My baptism here in 1941 initiated my allegiance to the ONLY Christian Faith founded by Jesus Christ Himself.
I left the Bangor community in 1959, but have returned to St Mary's frequently during family visits. Currently I attend Mass there in conjunction with Knights of Columbus, which I joined in 1960 in Charleston, SC.
