Couldn't get my vehicle in to be worked on but explained how to fix it in my garage. Was a simple fix and didn't take long and I saved a little cash doing it myself. Really appreciate the shop being honest about not being able to get to my vehicle for a week or two and explaining got to fix it on my own. They were very helpful.
