Cadiz State Recreation Area

Cadiz Springs State Recreation Area is a beautiful natural area located near the town of Browntown in Wisconsin. This park has beautiful scenery, clear springs, and peaceful hiking trails. The park offers a variety of recreational activities, including hiking, biking, fishing, and wildlife viewing. Hiking trails offer the opportunity to explore the diverse flora and fauna of the area, including forest, wetlands, and prairies. Cadiz Springs has several large springs that feed the nearby Creek. The park is open year-round and has campsites available for both tent and RV camping. In addition to campsites, there are also picnic areas, playgrounds, and shelters available for day-use.

Nice groomed hiking trail around the lake takes about an hour to 90 minutes depending on route.

It's a very peaceful park to go to relax

It's a shame they this place go to shambles the last few years it really could be an amazing park as it has much more to offer than new glarus woods that they pour money into because it's closer to Madison.

Two small lakes with a path that goes between them and about a mile around one. It's a nice walk with wildlife and a natural spring.

Nice place. Beautiful lake. Never seems very busy.

Nice fishing the fish are not huge but still fun to catch
