My car went down while on my way to a vacation. Had my car towed here where I was in contact with Royal. He was very informative and kept me up to date on my car. We thought we had a major transmission problem on our 2009 Kia van, but he did a ton of research before doing anything drastic. He checked all over the engine and found a leaking hose and replaced it. Then found the problem. A wire came off the wire harness for the transmission. They stopped making that part so he was able to reattach the broken wire. Took him longer then he thought but really appreciate him keeping me and my daughter posted on what he was doing. A very thorough and honest man. Thank you!

My car had computer issue. We took it here to get it checked out and Royal did his best. While he did not have the tools to fix it, he treated me and my group as guests as we waited hours for the tow to come.

The Mechanic and the shop was open for business on a Sunday where other shops are closed. They gave me help to investigate the problem that im having with my cars transmission. The Mechanic was very informative and polite, in understanding that people need their cars to get around in rural areas of Wisconsin. He gave me reassurance that he will keep in contact on the progress before any work will be done and cost. This was a great feeling to know that there are shops and professional mechanics who cares about the public enough to extend their services and advice in helping people get back to normal.

I'd give more starts if I could! We had a tire failure on the freeway on a Sunday. We were able to make it to the shop where they found a tire to fit so we could limp home. Reasonable, friendly, and open on Sunday!

Replaced tires couple weeks ago and mechanic advised me i needed ball joints to be replaced which i was aware of. So I ordered them and came back to them again. Dropped off my truck on Sunday and picked it up monday(labour day). This is the only place in area that works on weekends or even holidays. And with my job schedule its hard to do anything during a week plus i need my car to go to work and back. I experienced an outstanding service with Makaveli auto for very reasonable price. Thank you guys! Keep it up! I will return if i experience any trouble with my vehicle.

Very friendly and professional staff. Came in from Chicago and had brake problems on Saturday July 4th. Called around and they were the ONLY place open. Was very fast and fair! Will definitely stop by just to say hi if I'm back in the Dells!

Fast and efficient. I was in the area from out of town and had my car towed here after hours if i may add. They stayed open and waited for my vehicle to arrive. Blew a front brake line while traveling on I-94 on a Sunday afternoon and after several phone calls to other mechanics, Royale and Kayla were the only ones looking to help us out. They came to us and were able to get us back on the road to our destination. They truly understand that vehicles don’t choose when to break down!!
