Welcoming place. It faces a busy street and doesn't have a parking lot; I found curbside parking behind the establishment on one of the side streets nearby. I enjoyed my dish and thought it had a very authentic taste and preparation (reminiscent of spicy Hunan cuisine). The owner is helpful and explains English/Chinese translations of the dishes. Most dishes besides appetizers are $10 and up but they offer large portions for the price. Will come again!

My new favorite Chinese restaurant in town. Quick dine-in service. I haven't tried delivery. If you are a fastidious vegetarian they have a vegetarian section on the menu. They don't speak very fluent English, but I take that as a positive sign that they'll serve me authentic food ;)

Food is fresh and better quality than MOST Chinese restaurants around campus area. Also, lots of variety and options to choose from. The best Spicy Eggplant I've had in Madison. Must try. Super friendly staff!

I used to go to Fugu every week but their quality and service has gone downhill in the past year or so. This is my new place to go to. Fantastic spicy food. My favorite thing on the menu is the beef stew with cilantro. It's a little bit pricey for a college student budget but definitely a fair price and good portions.

Absolutely amazing. Authentic, delicious, large portions, friendly services. So glad a hunan restaurant opened in town. We had family style sauteed pork, veggie Tripple Delight, and ground pork with string beans - all spicy dishes - reminded me of the dishes I grew up eating. Free rice. Easy street parking. I see myself coming here again and again. (They need the change the Southeast Asian decors in there at some point.) Highly recommended for those seeking authentic Chinese food. The name is a little misleading - it's a Chinese Hunan cuisine restaurant.

This place always has great food! Not sure why so many complaints but every time I’ve been here the chicken is always great along with fish and eggplant options. Would definitely recommend to try out especially to share dishes with others!

This restaurant has the best quality of Chinese food I've ever had. The wait can indeed be long if it's crowded, but the quality is well worth the wait.

Tofu/Squid very good. Price is quite fair. Will definitely be back again.

Although the menu is almost the same as Koi Sushi, it's cheaper and much more tastier.
