Customer service top notch. The packaging was tight and clean. The cut was spot on for my T-bones. Right amount of fat on the sides and thickness.

Smoked meat: bacon and ham steaks are inedible. Took the bacon in and they would not even try to make it right. Took in 2 hogs, split between 4 people. All 4 of us had bad bacon and ham steaks.

Horrible customer service. Super long delay to process my cow due to "Covid" However when my pick up is delayed to Covid Quarantine she wants to charge me $60 in storage. Do NOT recommend.
