Went into this no idea what I wanted for Halloween costume. When I got in your store you have a very helpful sales person his name is Chris. Helped me figure out the right costume. Thank you will be shopping here in future.

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. She helped put together a balloon bouquet that was pretty for my new Granddaughter.

Picked up some balloons for my granddaughter's birthday.

Very friendly, fast and professional. I was in a rush, but they found exactly what I needed and filled up the balloons right away. My son loved the firefighter decorations for his party, and my daughter even got a free balloon that's been her favorite toy for the past 2 days. I highly recommend the Onalaska store and staff.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was a MUST! Customer service like this does not exist anymore. Like all busy parents on a tight schedule (and being a last minute to scramble kind of mom). My daughter needed her costume early for a school event and I did not have time to order or run out of town to get a costume to her choosing. We picked one out the night before and I selected next day delivery? What is this sorcery ?! I figured it was too good to be true. But, also figured I could blame party city when it didn’t arrive by the next morning and survive the wrath of my 7yr old haha. Scheduled Delivery between 10am and 12pm to be delivered to my office. At 11:30 I received a phone call from party city letting me know the Uber driver could not find my building. And that the manager should be arriving in about 10- 20 mins to personally delivery it and we’re sorry it may be a little late. I did not get to personally thank the manager, as I let them know they could leave it with my doorman in the front lobby. But THANK YOU! THANK YOU! You are a Halloween hero and saved the day!

Had a great first time experience at Party City in Onalaska, Wisconsin! I needed a balloon bouquet for my daughter’s Baby Shower, however, being unfamiliar with showers (not the bathroom kind), I needed help. A very observant Party City associate, Savannah, saw my confusion and immediately offered assistance. She promptly found exactly what I was looking for, attractively arranged the balloon bouquet, and I was on my way. Based on my experience, Party City has become my first choice for celebratory events. Party City is lucky to have Savannah as an associate!

Found exactly what I wanted, cute fall plates for a picnic. Extremely busy and only 2 people working and having to also fill balloon bouquet orders. They were working hard & very friendly. Kudos to them as every business is shorthanded.

We ordered giant balloons for a graduation party on Sunday and had trouble fitting all of them in our truck. We sat in the parking lot struggling to shove them in the vehicle & the store manager came outside and asked us if he could follow us to the party venue and bring the rest of the balloons that we couldn’t fit. The balloons were beautiful and there was no way we would’ve got them all home in time without his help! Received many compliments on them & the customer service was awesome!!!

Go there for all my party needs. Love this store for Halloween as well.

Walked in earlier today and Janet immediately came to us and asked us what we were looking for. She was very helpful by showing us lots of different options for birthday balloons. We were in and out pretty quick thanks to her and Parker.

I called today from Las Vegas to ask questions about balloons and John provided me with the best customer service I’ve ever had, I couldn’t believe how kind he was to me and it meant a lot since I was sending balloons to my nieces in the ICU. Thank you for making this horrible day better John.

My fiancé and I were pleasantly surprised at everything they carried for weddings. We came from out of town just to visit family but figured we'd stop in and check it out just to see. Only spent $15 and got several small items we needed for the big day!

I forgot a bag of items for my daughter's graduation party. Sarah, the lady at the register, looked up my email address and sent me a message letting me know, and saying that she'd have it waiting for me! What a way to go above and beyond her job! 😊😊

This party City in Onalaska is just like many party cities. In this case they had the glow sticks that we needed for our party. I tell you... If you need balloons, streamers, cake toppers, lights, glow sticks, napkins, plates, costume accessories... This place has you covered! There are many aisles and most of them are organized by color so you can find the theme that best fits your party. The most exciting thing is knowing you are about to party down. Make sure to get some sparkly hairspray to really kick things up a notch. Heck, Maybe even some party poppers will add some pizzazz to your party! Just don't scare Grandma.

Was there for some stuff for my son's birthday party. Awesome employee Kia helped me out. Handled everything like a pro. Really took a load off my mind. Came in and left pretty quickly.

This only about this visit. They were very helpful from start to finish. I purchased a balloon assortment they put together. There was an issue ringing it up, they handled it in no time and it was a great value.

I spent an entire afternoon driving in circles looking for a mickey mouse costume for my 2 year old. The Halloween store, target, Walmart and a few others were an unorganized overpriced mess. Party city was our last stop and it should have been our first. The prices were better, the store was conveniently organized and their selection was amazing. They even had an associate standing in the costume isle waiting to check back room stock or place an order if they didn't have it on hand!
