The famous lightning rods are delicious and a spectacle to behold. My fiance and i went in to order for our gaming group late on a Friday night. The staff was happy to see us and to make our three pizzas and appetizers. We ordered the Dillorian (pickle pizza) the Coronet (Reuben pizza) and their Super Special (SS) and cheesy garlic bread. The super special was very meaty and delicious. I LOVED the crisp lil pepperoni pieces. The Coronet was DELICIOUS! I was so impressed with the depth of flavors and how filling it was. My personal favorite however was the Dillorian. The pickles were still somewhat crunchy and whatever they used as sauce made it so that the dill wasn’t over powering or lost in the flavor of the sauce it was just right. Instant mouthgasm. I will definitely be back and get the coronet before its gone, and the Dillorian will remain my favorite pizza of all time.

This was the best pizza we’ve ever had! Amazing sauce, great crust! We got the “cracker crust” and it’s so good! Garlic bread was delicious as well. They were super nice on the phone and order was right on time and hot! Can’t wait to come back!

Being a family of vintage figure and movie memorabilia collectors this place was amazing! Definitely a walk down memory lane for some and just comparing their collection to ours was a great time while we waited for beyond delicious food! Try this place! If not you're definitely missing out!

A little out of the way for a "tourist" but AMAZING food and service. I found this place because of a TIKTOC 🤦🏻. And I'm happy I did, the pizza was one of the best I've ever had and the Lighting Rod was epic. The only thing that was a downfall is it's so small there's no seating. But I didn't find that an issue.

We ordered the garlic bread, the lightning rod mozz sticks (pic next to my forearm for comparison),and 2 pizzas. Everything was tasty. Loved the pepperoni. Looking forward to going back and trying more.

Pizza had a super good crispy crust and the toppings were amazing. The Lightning Rod mozzarella stick was huge! The cheesy infused garlic bread was awesome too! I will definitely be ordering from them more often!!!

If I could give them 10/10 I would do so. Everyone was great. Food is amazing and must try the mozz sticks. Great environment for a pizza place!

Ordered a pickup here last Saturday (3/2/24) while we were visiting some friends in the area and were so satisfied! We had the Dillorean, a Sausage Pizza and a build your own plus a lighting rod; all was delicious!! The cracker crust is so crispy, the toppings were fresh and the order was hot!

This place is awesome!!!!! The mozzarella logs are great, and it was one of the best pizzas that we have had in a while. So much cool stuff to look at while waiting for your food. The only downside is the lack of a proper parking lot. Small price to pay.

Top notch in all areas. The lightin' rods are huge and very tasty. The Alphonso's team was friendly and helpful thru the whole process. HIGHLY recommend that you call ahead when ordering, especially on Friday or the weekend..it is worth the wait.. I'm going for the pizza next time!

If you are an eighties kid this place is full of nostalgia. If you got some quarters you can play some classic video games or you can play Mike Tyson's Punch Out on their NES for free. Their pizza is very filling. I had a stuffed crust super bee cutlas supreme a full order of lightning rods, and some onion rings.

Alphonoso's lives up to its reputation. Pizza is great with different options of crust and those lightning rods (mozzarella sticks) are so good. 2 rods and a Pizza was more then enough for 3 people. Service was great and decorations inside is a blast from the past. Dont forget the Wayne's World AMC pacer out front. I suggest ordering ahead (might have to call a few times as they are always busy). This makes it easier on you and them as parking can be limiting. If you haven't gave them a chance, your missing out on some life changing food.

We had the mozzarella sticks and they were so far the best I’ve had in my life. They also gave us a pie, we’re from NY and we know pizza but this was has to be one of the best I’ve ever tried.

I can not wait to visit Wisconsin again to make sure I come back here!

Absolutely phenomenal pizza shop with extremely high quality ingredients! Lightning rod mozzarella sticks are, of course, giant and delicious but you should really try their pizza (a bbq sauce hami is highly recommended if you like that combo). You wont be disappointed, regardless. The staff is also incredibly kind and polite... This is a small business that should definitely be supported and kept around!

mike said alphonso has better food than any food he ate in prison. Mike, a goooood kid, has his taste buds in tune with a haughty yum yum yum. If Mike were a turkey he would gobble without restraint. He would become fatter than a Wisconsin cow. I would buy him a lightening rod. Sample now before democrats (commies) rule.

the food here was great! I loved the service and the employees were nice. came for the infamous world known lightning rod, and it was better than expected! the cheese pull was crazy! although, eating 2 pounds of cheese did wonders to my stomach, lol it was worth it 🤟

My spouse and I seen the lighting rod on Facebook we decided the day before to drive 5 hours our main goal was to get the sticks. We got 6 to share with friends as well. Everyone was amazed at how huge these are. Pictures don’t do justice. I’d say worth the drive, made the trip a good one and stopped in Chicago on the way. Definitely recommend PSA order an hour before arrival time. They get swamped and we didn’t realize so we had to wait. But we also did order a lot of food. Definitely worth it
