Walmart Pharmacy

I can't say enough good about Collins who took care of me. I am new to Walmart and he was friendly, polite, informative, and very helpful. Considering I am 71 and don't understand the tech side of this he was outstanding.

I am a caregiver for my mother, as well as a mom. I work full time and handle all of my moms apts, and medications. So sometimes it gets a little hectic. The pharmacy staff at the 53172 location has always been a godsend, they are always super polite and always on top of what my mother's medication needs are. They answer all of my questions and never rush. They try to line up her med pick ups to match my schedule so that i do not have to leave work. Like i said they go out of their way to help make the customer experience exceptional! Thank you!

The Pharmacists are all so friendly and they really get to know their customers.

So reasonable on price even if you don't have insurance they go out of their way to help.

I don't understand how the pharmacy can have my prescription for just over a week, and I called about it to see when it would be ready, and they told me today. So I called today to see if it was ready and they said the medication is out of stock and that it will come in tomorrow. I could see if I walked in with the prescription today, but they've known about it for some time. Wondering how they manage inventory. Beyond that, everyone at this pharmacy has been very nice and polite and knowledgeable.

Be aware that from 130 till 200 they are closed for lunch. You cannot know this until you drive all the way here then wait for 30 minutes. I want them to have a lunch break. This needs to be posted on their official hours.

Terrible customer service. Closed the door in front of my face and told me that they were going for lunch. They can not eat lunch separately they have to eat lunch together with all pharmacy personnel. and I have to make another trip to Walmart just to get my medication.

Don refused to fill my husband’s blood pressure medication. Beware they’re shady in South Milwaukee if they feel a certain way your not getting your meds
