I like that it has a security fence and cameras. Plus there is a serious amount of space for things like boats and RVs. Unfortunately there are no climate controlled units here but prices are reasonable...

Scam artist is what this guy was. Tried to get my security deposit back I tried calling him all the time and he never answered all I get is a message out of town or on vacation or I'm busy. And then he decides to charge me another month. Scam artist I will never rent your storage area again and I hope others will read this and think twice.
