Brock's Butcher Block

Brock's Butcher Block is hands down one of the best in the area. They always have high quality meat, do the best at processing animals you bring in (yes, you get the meat of the exact animal you take in back) and have the best cheddar jalapeno meat sticks ever! I would highly recommend Brock's!

Second time using Brock’s for venison processing and just like the first, AMAZING! I usually wait till February to drop off processing because I butcher my own and just freeze the trimmings. We had a two week turnaround and awesome results. Ordered a batch of garlic sausage, breakfast links, bacon, and honey bbq snack sticks. The flavors are amazing!!! The family loves it all but the honey bbq snack sticks were out of this world! I will say that I was a little floored by how much processing has gone up in price but honestly as soon as I tried all of my choices, I forgot about the cost. Just like everything else, service has gotten more expensive. If Brock’s continues to provide this quality of service and product, I will keep paying his rates. His staff was extremely helpful and polite. 👍👍

When I first walked in, Brock greeted me with a very warm welcome. He asked if I was looking for anything specific, and checked on me again while I was looking. I got a bbq summer sausage, garlic summer sausage, garlic beef sticks and cheddar beef sticks. I haven't tried the garlic summer sausage yet, but I'm sure it will be just as excellent as the other ones have been. Absolutely will be going back, not only for the amazing quality product but also for the top notch service! Customer service is just as important as the product and Brock has them both covered!!

I haven't been to Brock's store, but I have purchased their products at The Mart in Cataract. Everything I have had is great! Good quality, and fair prices. I recommend Brock's to any and everyone.

Brock’s takes the time to do everyone’s meat separately as expected from a top notch local meat shop. Great meat sticks from my experience as well.

Brock and company were great to work with! Quick service on our quarter beef order. Went in on Wednesday and ready for pickup Friday.

Purchased 1/2 pig meat ham bacon chops Italian sausage pork steak ribs roast loin all tasted awesome cooked many different way but always tender juicy we will be going back for more.

Sadly I could not go right to the business but I bought honey BBQ snack sticks from the BP/Roadys across town. Think it's the best meat snack I have had. Just awesome!
