Country Strong Self Storage

I am a repeat customer that needed a unit for 3 months this time to store some household items. Now that Country Strong has their agreement online it was easy to fill out and pay with a credit card. Much easier and efficient. I would highly recommend anyone here!

This has been a very well kept facility.owners are nice people to deal with and very friendly.i would recommend this business to everyone.

Quick and easy rentals. Started with one then added a second. Have a problem, then call and they get right back to you.

Use this place for 5 months. Removed items and called to inform the owner. Didn't answer or call back just a random text saying I was getting charged and extra month and a 20 deposit fee for not cleaning out the unit. I left the unit empty and swept it out. This place is a joke store your stuff elsewhere.

I rented a storage unit after 2 months I was preparing to leave the state so I put 2 locks on my unit . I went back 2 weeks later to check the unit and a lock was missing. when I called the office they admitted to cutting off the lock. Per the lease it said nothing about having 2 locks and the only reason for cut off is police or fire emergency or not payment. They claim they tried to contact me but nothing in my call log, no text, no voice message, no email, no snail mail. They refused to pay for the lock so I filed a police report and when contacted by Monroe county sheriff they lied to him. My account is paid until march of 2021 and there was no emergency to justify their actions. They cut my lock damaging my personal property and costing me money., lied to the police and lied to me to justify their actions. If you are looking for a rental keep looking. I have only emailed to give my 28 day termination notice and answer the emails sent to me be Country Strong Storage telling me they were keeping my 6 months of rent.

Terrible customer service. Had to use for 2 months and payed our bills on time. Here I am 5 months later getting a bill from a collector because of a 28 day notice issue to vaycate. They dont answer the phone to even vaycate or email, and I never received a phone call or an email... just another company scalping military personel for ever drop of $. I have 3 years to make sure no one gets it how they got me. 👌

..... Beware....The only thing the owner does quickly is put the boot on your wheels Everytime we have left a vehicle there someone has a boot on there car. personally my car has been damaged there. I will NEVER be back . you never answer phone or text messages!!!! Poor communication skills.

This is one of the most crooked outfits in the area as soon as you notify them you are moving your stuff out they get mad they went to court took my car I had stored and locked me out of my stuff because they weren't getting my money anymore stay away
