This Mexican restaurant is the best one around the Sparta area! Great service and great food! Also the chips and salsa are really good! And it's really cool to see the owner working in there with everyone else! Highly recommend!

I think theirs is the best coctel de camaron in a wide radius. Beautifully balanced, perfectly cooked shrimp, and generous with the avocado. Their salsa is also quite fresh-tasting. They are definitely worth the drive!!

Service is always fast. Staff are always knowledge. Food is always great. Margaritas are always spectacular! Don't pass up the chips and salsa, those could be a meal in itself.

Great service. Literally the best Mexican restaurant I have eaten at. They were told i have food allergies and they made evey effort to make sure that the food was prepared seperats from things I am allergic to. I will definitely eat there again soon.

Great food without a long wait. Decent prices!

Went here for lunch on a Friday and it was quite busy. Quick with chips and salsa to the table as well as our beverages. You could almost make a meal out of just the chips and salsa, as it's just that good. For my taste, the salsa is some of the best I've ever had, and the chips were great too. Ordered the lunch menu chicken & steak combo fajitas and was amazed at the quantity of chicken and steak they brought out on the sizzling skillet! Served with rice and beans, which were excellent, as well as sour cream, Pico, and lettuce. Had mine on the corn tortillas and they were great too. Would have liked a few more onions and peppers on the skillet and a little more lettuce, but that is very minor to me. Very friendly atmosphere and staff, awesome salsa and food, and very reasonable prices. Can't wait until I'm in Sparta again, so I can eat here again.

Deeply enjoyed their chicken fajitas. Corn tortillas were incredibly soft and flavorful. Fresh chips! Way under priced. The service was thru the roof!

Went here with my wife. She ordered the taco fajita salad, and I ordered the seafood vallarta... Our food was great. Free chips and dip were great as well. Service was fast (we got our food about 5 minutes after ordering) and friendly. Clean and cheap (both our meals were under $10 each) Would highly recommend!

Phenomenal food always served hot! Very clean and cozy. Awesome prices. Pleasant and friendly staff. Service is pretty good, there is room for improvement though, especially when it comes to refilling drinks after the aforementioned hot food is served.

A truly wonderful little gem. Actually, they're seating area is mich larger than one might expect from looking on the outside, so bring your groups! The staff are attentive & fast. Margaritas are super tasty as is the rest of the food. If you're ever in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by.

The staff is super friendly. Fast service! And their food is amazing!! Most authentic Mexican food we've had in Wisconsin so far. This is our new favorite place to eat.

Great good, fast service and margaritas!

I ordered fajitas with steak, chicken, and shrimp. The serving was mostly meat and shrimp unlike most restaurants that would serve a larger probpor of vegetables. All four of us had to-go boxes at the end. Good prices for a great value.

Service was ok. They seem a little short handed but I'm guessing they would have no problem tending to your needs if you get off your bum and ask. - 1/1/2019

Love their takeout. Their veggie fajitas are amazing and they have no problem adding a protein to that fabulous mix of squash, potatoes, carrots, peppers and onions. Its fabulous. They are always prompt and friendly

I really enjoyed eating here. The server was friendly and gave me an excellent suggestion when I asked for something spicy. Within 10 minutes of ordering we had our food. It was delicious and fast. I definately recommend eating here.

Love this place, it's my favorite Mexican restaurant! Every time I come here I am greeted with a friendly wait staff, good seating, a clean environment, and extremely quick efficient service. The food is spectacular and delicious, and very cheap with big servings. I will always return to here, and I go very often!

El Vallarta is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants I've eaten at. They give you a lot of food for the money and the food is very good. Definitely one if the best places to eat in the Tomah area. This place gets very busy around lunch time but they put food out quickly so the turn around time is pretty fast.
