Nice office.

Time to do something about the bridge to road transition on hwy 14/hwy 61 (by rudys). Huge drop or ledge where the hwy meets the bridge over the river. The vehicle slams down and bounces & is doing damage to tires & front end. Won't go this way anymore. Would rather take extra time & take 90 around it to avoid further damage to automobile. It has been bad for a few years now. Hard not to notice and feel the huge bump you take when driving over it but is not being improved. Car repair is not economic development. The state should be embarrassed by road conditions & maintenance. This is an obvious example of the horrible conditions of roads in Wi.

The office manager, Rebecca Pitel, is possibly the most unprofessional, rude, and condescending public service employee that I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She immediately began screaming over me, and cutting me off by saying that I was wrong and too stupid to know what I was talking about. Even though I was quoting a letter she wrote herself and mailed out. I am so disgusted that our tax dollars are paying her salary
