I just opened an account and the staff was great. I actually started the process online then over the phone with Chance. Grace and another employee (I believe she was training) answered all my questions when I went to the branch to finalize setting up my new account.

Phenomenal staff that is very user-friendly. Courtney is amazing! She was able to assist me in a very timely manner which allowed me complete my business the same day.

Wonderful customer service. There's a reason I stick with this bank, they have the best people. The rep named Chase was a lot of help!
