Solid service from start to finish with the Fire Factory. From touring their showroom to getting an in-home estimate to the final install, fantastic communication and professional service. Both Bobby (sales) and Devon (install) handled all my questions and concerns and the final product looks fantastic and best of all - produces actual heat as compared to my old gas fireplace. A+

Devon was professional, Patient, and answered all of our questions and concerns. He made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction, and did an excellent job cleaning up. We are very pleased with the work he did on the installation. Cody was a huge help designing and creating the perfect fireplace insert for us. The technician was very good. I have a rare gas fireplace that needed repair. Dave researched the fireplace logs, found a vendor, and did the replacement. He also replaced the blowers. While repairing, he found an electrical short. He fixed that as well.
I was very pleased with his knowledge and service.

Dave was great. Fireplace tuneup and refresh made it look like new. They have a great alert system for when the technician will be at the house. Love the text messages to keep us informed.

As always I received great service from the people at Chimney Concepts. They converted my conventional wood burning fireplace to gas, installed new glass doors and have provided any and all of my service needs in a timely and professional manner.

We have had CC multiple times over the years. They are skilled, very clean, and are very good about coming when they say they are coming. This project included Tignearnan who has worked with us several times and Nolan and Devon who were first timers. We would have all of them back if we needed additional work done.

Absolutely the best service possible. They are incredibly helpful and friendly and solved my maintenance issue on my Mendota fireplace insert. My serviceman, Dave, kept in contact during the whole process of ordering the replacement parts and walked me thru the procedure so I could install the parts myself. I couldn't be more satisfied and will definitely recommend them to anyone.
