Mark is kind, honest, and an exceptional mechanic! He was able to repair a very stubborn engine misfire my wife and I experienced with our '04 Tahoe, and it now runs better than it did before the misfire appeared!

Excellent place to get your automobile fix. If he can not fix it he will refer you to someone he can, especially if they do a good job and less expensive. Great customer service. Will fix your car as promised, and a very honest business.

My elderly mother has been having issues with her car not starting for the last few months. I do not live in Beloit, so taking her car in during the work week has not been possible. Not knowing if her car will start on her weekly errand day and of coarse it not starting on that day at all, has had her really upset.
I called Road Medic on Wednesday and spoke to Mark. I explained what had been happening with her car. With the possibility of it not starting at all, I was looking for someone who would also be able to go get her car. I was expecting to hear a "no, sorry!" but Mark was very understanding and surprisingly said yes, no problem!
Not only were they understanding and kind to us both, they also didn't try to charge for things the car didn't need.
As it turns out, the few repairs her 1998 vehicle has had prior to this, were also taken care of here. Road Medic is the only place we will go to in the future!

I took my car in to have sway bar links replaced. They were very reasonably priced. They did a fabulous job my car now feels like it is brand new.
