Little Caesars Pizza

Walked in and the guy came in was very polite and friendly and pizzas were very good and not greasy at all Store was clean as well.

I hadn't ordered Little Ceasars in years, and it was at 8:40PM that I placed an order for pick up. Luckily, they said they could provide the food within 15 minutes, just before closing.

I didn't understand that the lobby closes at 8:30PM until I read a small sign in the window. But, when I pulled into the drive thru, they were very fast and polite. I was even able to ask for additional dipping sauce at the window, and it was of no inconvenience to them. The food was fresh, and so very delicious, ever since I ordered, I've been craving even more. Unfortunately, I don't live that close and so I can't order often, but I would recommend their food. Fresh, delicious, relatively inexpensive, and the people are absolutely polite.

I ordered some pizzas for my family and I and there's were some mixups on the pizzas. I called Ben (General Manager ) and I loved how he handled the situation by promising three free pizzas. So, I went in the next day for the three free pizzas and I loved how Chris L (Employee) and other handled the situation. Great people, keep up the good work. Thank you.

Yes, this is Pinkey from Milw. Wi. My personal experience her at Domino's in Grafton was extremely great. It was very clean n the Manager was excellent. He greet me with a smile n was very courteous. The service was outstanding n to top it off my thin crust pepperoni n sausage was hot off the press. I will come there whenever I go back to Goodwill. In my closing n continue to see the community with the best hot delicious pizza Amen.

My experience on Saturday, October 7, 2023 was phenomenal. I ordered my little Caesar’s pizza with a crazy combo and from the second I walked in I felt welcomed and heard. I was addressed as a friend and treated like family. On my way out a worker even held the door for me! Will definitely be returning to this location in the near future!

Recently, I went through the Grafton Little Caesars to order a personal lunch box pizza w/drink. The gentleman at the window told me that they just put more in and there would be a short wait. Unfortunately, I did not have much time on my lunch break.
When I mentioned thank you but I cannot wait, he offered to give me a regular size pizza and drink for the same price.
I was very grateful for his kind gesture and accepted his offer. This right here, is perfect customer service. Thank you!

Homemade dough and good for the price. It's not fancy but its cheap and fast. Good for kids or a hot meal on the go plus everyone likes crazy bread. It's famous.

I live in Milwaukee and I have a Little Caesars a couple of blocks of where I live but due to the lack of customer service and quality of food, I am willing to travel 30mins to get better service. I fish in grafton alot so I always make a trip to Little Ceasars afterwards to grab 2 pepperoni pizzas right when they open. The guy that served me twice was by far the best fast food worker I have experienced in the drive thru. His personality and customer service was shocking in a good way. After I left with my 2 pizzas, I said to myself ,now that's how customer service should be. He greeted me with a smile and a cheerful attitude and showed me that he wanted to be there to work and enjoy his customers too. I hate when I go to some drive-thru to order and you feel like the workers are annoyed that you're there to order.
Long story short...I enjoy going to this location! Good customer service and the pizzas are made with pride and great quality. Worth the drive!

After a very emotional day working to rescue a dog and get him into a foster home, I stopped for a take out pizza. I was tired and very doubtful that I had made a difference. I got to the Little Caesars just before closing but couldn't make the app work. I was frustrated and drove to the window to place my order expecting to be told I was too late.

The nicest manager came to the window to personally take my order. She was so friendly and patient. Even though the store was close to ending it's business day, the manager never rushed me or acted rudely. She treated me with dignity as if my business mattered.

I was shocked at her professionalism because nowadays almost NOBODY in the service industry seems to have a personality of gratitude or appreciation. Many are rude, have an inflated sense of their own importance, crudely defensive, have an overinflated sense of entitlement, and have no idea their job is based on customer satisfaction. Some will go as far as to demand YOU give THEM respect they aren't earning while often cussing at you, rolling their eyes, or disrespecting your attempt to conduct business at their establishment. This is such "the norm" in customer service these days, that I rarely ever eat out and I have become selective about where I shop.

The Manager took my order but forgot to add an ingredient. Honestly, I wouldn't have known until I got home and they would have been closed. This AMAZING manager explained she'd made an error but (because of the time) would comp my meal so I could get home.

I was shocked! She admitted an error. She Chose a customer friendly solution. She considered my time and the hours her workers had put in. She initiated a mutually acceptable alternative AND never blamed me or lost her smile! Best of all, she did it all on her own without me having to be a bad guy!

In short, she put the customer first, protected the Company's brand, acted like she cared, demonstrated professionalism, and DID THE RIGHT THING!

I was so touched that I began to cry. It was a small act of kindness but it truly touched me. I had a difficult weekend working to save the rescue puppy. All I wanted was dinner for myself and my Service dog. I appreciated the manager treating me with honesty and dignity.

Thank you! I will always remember how good that pizza tasted. It was the best "error" I have had but only because the Manager was such a WINNER!

The pizza was awesome, some of the best that I have had from a Little Caesar's location in a very long time. I called and placed my order over the phone, and the lady who picked up the phone seemed upbeat and clearly enjoyed what she does. My order was ready on time, and everything when well at pick up. The quality of the pizza was also very good for the price! The Crazy bread left a little to be desired and was thin in some spots causing it to be overcooked, but it wasn't expensive. I would definitely return to this location based on the customer service I received and the quality of the pizza.

Placed a to go order and everything was correct and fresh and hot when I picked it up. Employees were kind and friendly. Food was great, so great in fact the crazy bread didn't survive the 15 min ride home. Rip crazy bread you were delicious. Would definitely recommend!!

Slices-N-Stix was great. They are not afraid of putting tasty spices in their sauce. I like to taste my pizza, not just chew and swallow. They have it down to a T!!!!!!! Always am pleased with their products and appreciate the value. temperature was hot(not hot spicy) and great!!!! Thanks again for a great meal and deal!!!!!!!! :}

The middle age guy that is usually at the window early evenings is awesome!! He is very personable and friendly. He jokes with my 2 sons and told us he has 6 kids at home! Omg! We've never been disappointed in the pizza, only thing is that sometimes the breadsticks lack butter and cheese, therefore becoming very dry. But that isn't a dealbreaker for us!!👌👌♥♥

Very nice young man that gave me my food. He smiled the whole time and laughed with me. I will go back just to get food from him .
