I had a really good experience at radio shack in baraboo; after a not so good one at Walmart. They answered all my (dumb) questions and they even helped me change out my key fob battery before I left! Recommend going here for all your technology questions and services.

The staff at Radio Shack has been so helpful to me on numerous occasions the last few years- fixing my phone, replacing screens, assisting with my daughter’s tablet, and just being so conveniently located when I need batteries and chargers!

Super helpful staff! They fixed a charging port on a Switch for me, all done in a timely professional manor. I highly recommend them!

The customer service is incredible. From responding within minutes to a Google chat to going out of the way to facilitate a repair when my original plan wasn't going to work out, I am very appreciative. It makes me happy to have such small town helpfulness here in Baraboo.

I thought my phone was on its last legs and was going to need to be replaced. I took it in to see if it could be repaired and in minutes they had it working perfectly again!! Very friendly staff and welcoming environment! Highly recommend!

I had a bunch of Xbox One controllers with numerous problems with them, ranging from the D-pad, analog stick, and most commonly the LB/RB bumpers. They always wore down after the warranty expired and I have heard tales of the repair costing just as much as a new controller if given to the Xbox repair service. I also feared they wouldn't repair them, but rather replace them with one that had the dreaded "Share" button. Since the controllers that don't possess the Share button are slightly rare (especially in the color black) and the new ones costing more than the previous controller's price of $60, I held onto them in hope's one day I may find a way to repair them. RadioShack is what I found, they repaired the controllers I gave them and if they couldn't repair something like analog sticks, they directed me to someone who could.

They even tested the controllers using computer software to make sure all of the buttons are working properly before giving them back. Cheap prices for repair with a rough estimate for cost of repair given upon handing in the damaged item, as well as a 90 day parts and warranty. I recommend this store for your electronic repairs.

They are a lifesaver! They always help us find what we need to keep our computer systems up and running!

Recently, I decided to try and build my first custom gaming PC. I'm comfortable with a lot of technology but am far from the expert on the best choices for my price point. I was blown away by the service, precision, expediency, assistance, AND price of working with Baraboo RadioShack on this project; I walked in on a Saturday, talked with Austin about the specific games I was looking to be able to play on high quality settings, gave him my price range, and 3 weeks later already have a perfectly constructed, spot-on gaming PC that meets all of my needs.

On top of that, I'd hit a couple of snags due to my inexperience, and reached out on Facebook for some troubleshooting tips; within an hour all questions were answered -- and this was past closing time!!

It is so rare nowadays to receive such above and beyond service. I cannot recommend Baraboo RadioShack enough, and if anyone in the area is looking to build a custom PC, head on in and ask for their consultation. It's one of the best deals you could ask for.

Radio Shack Baraboo has the very best service. I brought my Laptop in for repair, they diligently worked to fix the problems. Would I buy from them : YES, would I recommend them: YES. I am so very impressed with the service and professionalism of all the employees. Thank you for working on my computer problems until completely solved. In the future I will go to this store for all my electronic needs. Keep up the excellent work.

Professional and speedy service. Fixed my desktop computer. Would not boot up due to some update error. Has been running good ever since. They were also able to fix my laptop power port where someone broke it tripping on the cord. Very grateful I didn't need to buy a new laptop.

Computers are great, except when they are not. If you ever have any problems with your computer, these are the guys to go to. If you bring in your computer; even the big desktops, they will find the problem and either fix it outright, or they will tell you the steps so that you can. I came in three days in a row for my problems with a used computer I bought, and they fixed the problem I was having, found additional problems, and also sold me the parts I needed to fix it. I even called them two days later with a problem, and they figured out the problem over the phone! They use the products they sell, and they sell them for a competitive price. I will definitely use these wonderful people again.

Went in to get my phone screen fixed and was met with the most friendly and honest man at the desk. He not only offered advice on what to do with my phone [cracked screen, broken LCDs--> purple black screen], he explained what was wrong with my phone, how he'd fix it, and possible problems. Absolutely amazing service on every end and I would gladly [hopefully not though] go in again. Thank you!!

I recently went in needing help with a product I had not purchased from Radio Shack. They went above and beyond trying to help me. And this was not the first time I had this experience. I highly recommend this community minded business!

I Love this store!! I do electronic repairs and it's nice to get all my supplies here. They will order what they do not have in stock. Friendly and knowledgeable people.

Tried to help me update my Garmin but couldn't get it to update. I appreciated that they tried to do an upgrade.

It has been a long time since I have been to a Radio Shack so I'm not sure, but it seems like they stock merchandise from a lot more than the limited choices of the past. I only wish they stocked more car audio.

They repaired my broken display on my cellphone. Great friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff that saved my phone and the hassle of losing all my apps & information.
