It is great place, you can get all the veriety of liquor/Beer and also regular house grocery. The Coin laundry is one of the cleaniest I have seen in Janesville. I loved the place. Most importantly owners responses with customer..

They should get more of the bigger dryers, otherwise this place is fine.

Very friendly staff that will go above and beyond for all who enter.

It's ok good for lotto and beer they have machines if you know what I mean.

Lacks social skills…. Which are imperative to running a business….. I don’t know how he stays in business. Except for the people in the trailer park, they pretty much don’t have anywhere else to go for simple things except for the fire same as expensive place next-door, dollar general…… I’ve been coming here for quite a while…. Usually giving people like this the benefit of the doubt for having a bad day or whatever…… this is their every day way of thinking…. Their heritage….. which is an hour away, or the American way of thinking…. I think it’s wrong…… they don’t like the way America thinks they need to go back to their own country…. I could list the number of things that is wrong with this picture out here at Jake’s……. I don’t know what it is….. and if you were an American and believe in America, don’t come here for anything…. This is my last day here for the way I was treated and the way they look at you was very wrong……. And they are pro Palestinian, I know.😡

This place is a HORRIBLE trainwreck that should be shut down and the owners should be charged with endangering the public. The bathroom stalls were full and clogged with human fences, the dryers were covered in hair and good knows what else. The water smells horrible and the washers don't work right and the dryers barely work at all. Took me an hour just to dry a few shirts.
