I called the dealership and spoke with Bruce regarding a Jeep Cherokee. I was camping at The West Fork Sports Club, so I was close. Test drove it, and loved it. Worked out a great deal with Kyle, the sales manager. Came back the next day, spent about 30 minutes filling out paperwork, and out the door I went! I have never had such a great, short experience buying a car!

I cannot say enough about the service we received. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very pleased at how quickly the tow package arrived and installed in a very timely manner. Any questions were answered with facts, even 1 simply about a piece of mail we received that turned out to be junk mail about our Jeep.

Fairly quick oil change. Typical dealership pricing. They have a discount card, if you get 5 or 6 (don't remember) oil changes they take $25 off the next one.

Just purchased a used vehicle from them and had a great experience. Kyle Olson was my salesman and did an awesome job from start to finish. He was friendly, straight forward and very professional. I didn't get everything I asked for but came most of the way with everything else. Highly recommend and would definitely buy again from them. Price was very competitive which was awesome. I get the best service, and they have much better service prices than in La Crosse. I got my truck in in a few days versus 2 weeks in La Crosse.

Very helpful staff, fair prices, and good selection of vehicles. Although we haven’t yet purchased a vehicle from them as it was the first place we looked at a Pacifica, I RECOMMEND this dealership.

The team made sure my truck had its oil changed and checked the tires and brakes for me as I had a long road trip within two days. The found a time that worked for me and did an excellent job. I even made an appointment for my new tires and brakes a couple weeks later. Very thankful they found a way to do all of this for me during the COVID-19 sheltering order.

They were very professional and super helpful. They had a shuttle guy who took me to the nail salon to get a pedicure while they fixed my trailer hitch. I’ll be taking my Jeep there for everything.

Very good service. Very professional and understanding. Contacted me about other mechanical problems that I did not know about that needed to be fixed. About 1 hour drive each way but well worth it.

The service department at Sleepy Hollow Chrysler has a great reputation and they lived up to expectations again during my recent visit. They were
professional in all aspects of our encounter. They know their products and services and are very attentive to a persons needs, They went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable.

Called and was gotten in quickly for a window that was stuck down. They disconnected motor that needs to be replaced and got window back up. Very courteous and thorough. Will return for new parts at later date. Thanks Kevin you and your team are top notch!

We always get good service at Sleepy Hollow and this time was no exception. We appreciated the loaner vehicle while our Dodge Journey was in the shop and happy about the fast repair time on our SUV. We know that there are other repairs that the service mechanic recommended to us and as soon as possible we will have that work done by your Service Dept.
