The Plaid Bear

Saw this shop on Facebook, so I stopped by to check out. The owner was working and was super nice! They offered free wrapping before Christmas, which I thought was awesome. Loved the two wall hangings, slippers, and gloves I purchased. Will definitely stop in again.

We were super excited to visit The Plaid Bear. They had so much merchandise to choose from, everything was cute & very well made. Prices were reasonable, we left with a sweatshirt, hat & mug. I would definitely stop in on future visits. Karmen, the owner, of course is a ray of sunshine 🌞.

Cute shop with a nice variety of gift items. Stylish clothes at a decent price. Home goods, food items etc. Husband and wife team are super friendly owner operators.

Such a cute place to pickup so many different Northwoods things. Always find something every time I go. Grabbed this cute sweatshirt for our grand daughters 1st birthday. Love it

I love this store AND the new extension store with home decor! The Plaid Bear offers original Northwoods themed apparel that is extremely comfortable. They are also a one stop shop for high quality home decor. I could spend hours going through all of the unique bonus items like jewelry, scented candles/wax melts, hats, and footwear. Lastly, the owners are so incredibly friendly and make everyone who walks through the door feel welcome. I highly recommend shopping at the Plaid Bear!

The owner is passionate, helpful and accommodating! This is one of the absolute best places to stop and get you the coziest northwoods themed hoodie or t! There is something for everyone from cabin decor, silly magnets, hats, cute boots, boutique style clothing, purses, hoodies, jackets and more! The punch card is an additional perk!

The Plaid Bear is a delightful store with great up north decor, bags, clothes, and more! I was so excited walking into the store as some Christmas decor was being stocked and I wanted everything. I bought a sign for Little St. Germain Lake as a housewarming gift along with a plaid shirt for myself. My husband was ready to buy every ornament in there. The owner is a wonderful lady with great taste and I look forward to visiting the shop every time I visit my parents' cabin (which will be a lot)! Despite a rather condescending previous review on Google, the owner did wear her mask properly at all times.

I saw this women in lando O lakes today.she had the cutest boots & top on. I asked her where she got them. she told me about the cutest store called The Plaid Bear in st. Germaine. so I took a ride!! the store is SO cute & Barbara was SO helpful

ADORABLE shop with all the Up North/St. Germain gifts you could want to take home to loved ones or keep as souvenirs...t-shirts & sweatshirts, coffee mugs, candles, kitchen towels, home decor & ornaments. The owner is so sweet & personable. The t-shirts & sweatshirts are *super soft* with a variety of cute designs, including their own original Plaid Bear design. You'll love this place! ❤

First time visiting The Plaid Bear. They have really nice items. Owners are you ery friendly and helpful. I bought several things and will be going back next time I'm in St Germain! Used my "Mama Bear" mug this morning.

Lots of great St. Germain/Northwoods goods. Carmen has a good pulse on what her customers are looking for and keeps plenty in stock. A must visit when traveling through St. Germain!

Cute set of stores, make sure you hit the north side too! Mostly decor and clothing, but the middle store had some sasquatch gear that I couldn't resist (hats, stickers, manly soap, etc).

I have been visiting St Germain a few times a year for 65 yrs and am so happy to see a new gift shop, and one of such high quality. Great selection, VERY good prices, and I love plaid. Great job

Lovely little shop. The owners are spwuer nice and gave me a sample of something I was looking at so I could try it before deciding to buy. They stock local and women owned brands to I am happy to support. Can't wait to stop by again
