I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and his team. Correct diagnosis, complete work, fair prices and most importantly, a knowledgeable trustworthy staff! I watched Jeff treat me (and multiple other customers while I was there) like family even though it was my first time coming there. We are brining all our cars there from here on out and will never switch!

Here's my story:
I was camping in the area. But on the drive to the campground, my check engine light had turned on.
I was able to get a same-day appointment.
According to my car's service manual, my problem was the catalytic converter. Yikes, that might be a super-expensive repair!
Jeff's mechanic used their computer to check which codes were being reported from the car.
There were several codes, and they realized my car was also low on oil. They suggested an oil change to start.
Amazingly, the oil change was the solution!
I didn't know anything about Jeff's Auto Repair before I called them. I am so happy that they are a reputable company!
A dishonest company might have ripped me off.

Absolutely Amazing! I highly recommend this auto shop. They were able to squeeze me in right away and help me with my flat tire. I was visiting from out of town and wasn't sure where to go but I am so happy I found them. They were so kind, fast and the best customer service I have experienced in a while and very reasonable priced! Thank you to everyone that helped me and my boys get back home safe! You guys are the best! 😄

We were on vacation in Wisconsin Dells and the air went out in our van. It was so miserably hot that the last thing we wanted to do is drive all the way back to Michigan with no air! We called Jeff’s and they were so helpful and accommodating. They got the van right in and even let my husband use a loaner car to get back to Great Wolf Lodge. They squeezed us in and got it finished in just a couple hours! Their prices were right on with what they had quoted us, and I believe they were very fair and reasonable prices. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff’s and am thankful they were there when we needed them!!

JEFFS AUTO REPAIR SAVED OUR VACATION!!

I live about 3.5 hours from Baraboo, when on the way home from a vacation in the Dells, my car began shaking viciously on the highway. My insurance company couldn’t find a tow company to tow my car for over an hour and every mechanic shop they tried to tell me to get the car towed to (when they eventually would get there with the tow truck) was also telling us they couldn’t help us.

My husband began calling different shops and called Jeff, he was located 8min from where we broke down and after my husband explained that we’re trying to get home with our two kids he told us if we could get the car there he could look at it. We drove the car shaking to Jeff’s, he had us in, fixed and back on the road in 45MIN!! We were able to make it home for my husband to coach our daughters team and many stressors were avoided thanks to Jeff’s willingness to help and speedy response!

After having been told by other auto repair stations (of those that answered their busienss phones) that they could not look at a flat tire for days or weeks,including the store where I had originally purchased the tires, Jeff's Import and Domestic Auto Repair, LLC., cheerfully answered their phone and actually asked me, "How soon can you be here?" I was knocked off my feet with that response. Twenty minutes later, I was getting my flat tire repaired. (Would have been there sooner but it took five minutes to put enough air into the leaking tire to get to their shop.) Customer service at it's finest. Customer service as it was meant to be. Customer service with a smile and an actual concern to fixing the problem as quickly as possible. I spent the majority of my working life in customer service both at a retail and distributor level. Jeff's is customer service at its finest.

After leaving Devil’s Lake state park, we had an unexpected problem with the car. 2 women who had stopped to help, suggested to take it to Jeff’s right away. We tried to drive it but had to pull over again and called the shop. The shop promptly called to get us a tow into town. When we got to the shop, we were greeted with a warm and professional hello by Jeff and his team, and they started work right away. We were invited to wait in their front desk area which had the coolest vintage decor. There were old gas station signs, tires, a traffic light and a cool work uniform. We had been traveling with our dog and they were so nice and accommodating by letting her wait inside with us (it was about 90 degrees out). We were only there for about 2 hours and our car was ready to go! So lucky we were referred here, absolutely great experience on what could have been a terrible ending to our trip!!

Jeff will have my business FOREVER! He went over and above to help me with my car. I brought it to him because my car was loosing power(no get up and go) and it had been consuming oil. After I dropped it off he called me within 2hours with his diagnosis. He recommended I take it to a dealership because it was under warranty and I could possibly get a whole new engine. The dealership took 2 days and me fighting with them to figure out what Jeff did in an hour and they couldn’t tell me why my car was consuming oil. So with my faith in the dealership gone I called jeff to have him do the repairs. He asked if he could talk with the dealership himself. He helped lead me to the best decision for me and he didn’t have to! He had been paid and the car wasn’t at his shop! I am so grateful for him!!!

I am not from the area, but had an urgent need for a fix of my leaky tire. They were the only shop within a 30 mile radius that would get me in that morning. They were able to patch my tire and only charged me $30. So greatly appreciated!

Jeff and his staff are phenomenal!! Our vehicle broke down on vacation through Wisconsin. We knew no one and had no clue where to go. We called a local Ford dealership in town and they provided us Jeff's contact information. Although an unpleasant situation for us, Jeff and his staff took the time to inspect our vehicle and called Enterprise to assist us in securing a rental vehicle for our trip home to Indiana. Jeff and his team went above and beyond what we ever expected! Their kindness, professionalism and compassion with us made a tough situation so much easier!! Had excellent service from Jeff's Auto Repair. My rear brakes locked up on the Friday before Christmas and my normal repair shop couldn't get me in until the following Friday due to the holiday that week, so they referred me to Jeff. I called Friday morning and explained my situation and Jeff told me to bring it right in and he'd work me in. I dropped my car off to him mid morning and since I had to work that day he gave me a loaner car to get to work. He called me a few hours later with an estimate and had my car all ready with new rear brakes by closing time at 5:00!......and Bonus.....Very reasonably priced as well!! So thankful!!!

Jeff's got our van in quickly when we picked up a nail on a tire while camping and needed it plugged. The staff was prompt and friendly and got us back to our fun quickly.

Had oil leaking in my car that I would need to refill every week or so. Took it to another place in town and they said I had to replace my transmission lines that cost around $1,000! I'm so glad I called and stopped by Jeff's Auto to have them take a look after work one day. To accurately assess the issue with your car, you need to take it in first with them so they can properly diagnose and give a timely estimate. For mine they were able to figure out what was wrong with my car the same day.

They were able to diagnose the problem with my car as a worn out gasket and broken oil housing associated with it. Turns out that the oil that was leaking had coated my transmission lines as I drove at higher speeds instead of them being worn out and leaking also. Even installed a new can of new oil for free with my repair! Jeff's Auto saved me around $900 with their more accurate diagnosis!

If you are looking for somewhere that will do a more detailed inspection with your car or truck's issue and also be very fair with their pricing for the work that needs to be done for any repairs needed, trust Jeff's Auto to do that for you as they did for me.

Jeff and his team took great care of me and my Honda Element when I needed it most. We were visiting the Wisconsin Dells when the rear brakes started acting up. Another shop in town said they couldn’t help us for three days but Jeff got us in and had us safely on the road the same day. Service was above and beyond what I expected - Jeff showed me the issue and explained the resolution. Highly recommended.

Passing thru Baraboo on a short road trip. Check engine lights and brake lights came on. I was able to drive to Jeff's shop. Jeff's son and wife offered to help run diagnostics, even though the shop was about to close. They offered help and got us on our way without a charge!

Had my mini van break down and I am from out of town. Jeff got me in when 2 other garages were too busy to even look at it. He got me in that afternoon and fixed by the next day. He kept me well informed the entire process. Informing me of what he had found so far and the process he was taking to remedy the problem. The price, service and time were above and beyond my expectations. Would return for services if ever I need them in the area again.

This business saved us some hard cold cash and tons of aggravation. I recently bought a "new-to-me" used car. It looked great, ran like a top and was a good price for a low mileage small SUV. I brought it in when the check engine light came on indicating: an oil change and to rotate tires. I dropped it off and they said the head gasket was leaking and the tires needed to be replaced. I took it to the dealership and they confirmed that the head gasket was leaking and that the tires were not new as they had indicated on the sale. It was still under warranty so I left it to be repaired. So fortunate that I had a mechanic who helped me before my engine blew. Having a trained mechanic truly blessed me.

Jeff and his team were incredible. I came up for a conference in the dells and my breaks went out. I showed up to Jeff's business at 4pm they close at 5. His staff stayed after closing to make sure I could get home safe. Thank you for keeping me and my family safe.
