No internet. Uncomfortable beds. Thankfully the parks were great

No Wi-Fi the entire week stay despite multiple reports of it. No room service for trash or extra towels- we have to call in multiple times to get them. Were given 3 towels for a family of 4 for 5 days/4 nights.

Seemed like there is no care put into upkeep of any of it. Rooms were dirty and linen extremely rough and uncomfortable. We were told building 5 for check in, but when we finally got our room it was building FIFTEEN. So no longer within walking distance for our physically impaired family members.

Also no coffee machine or enough outlets for all our devices.
