Sales associate was very helpful. She showed us different types of mattresses and listened to what was important to me. I was very please with my purchase. I can't wait to get my delivery. Very affordable and love the new store. Looking forward to coming back to purchase new living room furniture in the future 😀

Spoke with two different saleswomen on two visits and both were very nice, professional and accommodating. Decent size selection of couches. I picked one out and was disappointed to hear it would be on back order for about a month, month and a half but I went ahead and ordered it anyway. The couch was ready for delivery right when they said it would be and I was called and given all the delivery details (gentleman who called was very nice and informative). The couch was delivered and was brought up by two young but nice delivery guys. I’ve had the couch for about six months and it’s very comfortable! Looks great and fits well into my apartment. Everyone I spoke with from the showroom to delivery were super nice. Satisfied customer!

Excellent customer service! I walked in on a Saturday morning to look at couches. I was greeted by a courteous sales representative, Chad, who let me browse the store before returning to see if I had any questions. I had found a couch I really liked but wanted to think it over. I wasn’t pressured to buy at the moment but encouraged to reach out or stop back in if I had any questions. I went in that Monday and Renee helped me with my purchase. Delivery was scheduled and the two young men who did the delivery were polite and friendly. 10/10

I’m super excited to get my new mattress! The store is great and everyone is helpful. Chad H is super kind and he is very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to try out the sheets and pillow too! The warranty is fantastic and I’m confident I’ll be back for more!

The sales lady in Delavan WI Ameriass was amazing! Very personable a great communicator and her friendliness and knowledge of the products she sales was second to none. Will definitely continue to be a client of hers. The delivery guys were outstanding! They took care in bringing the furniture to our home and were very polite and decent men.

Ordered a sectional couch online at Slumberland, thought my husband and I could bring it to our apartment since we have an elevator so we selected doorstep deliver. We got the couch delivered a week after placing the order. When we tried to bring the couch up we thought it was going to be smaller than it actually was, and at the time I am/was 5 & 1/2 months pregnant so not much help I can do. Called Slumberland up asking if we can use full service delivery even after the couch had already been delivered and they had absolutely no issues that it. Kim who was the store manager I believe was wonderful about the situation. One of the drivers Zach contacted me and they were able to get our sectional to our unit on the third floor no problem. I would definitely recommend Slumberland to anyone, not only do we live our new couch, but the prices are pretty decent, and the customer service was great! I would also highly suggest paying that $150 extra for full service especially if you are pregnant. Don't make the same mistake we did. 10/10 would shop at Slumberland again.

The store has a nice selection of furniture. I was helped right away, and found a recliner I was interested in. After a few days I purchased the chair. The process was smooth, and I should receive my purchase in 2 weeks.

Renee was very helpful and she made it fun to shop for some furniture. Suggested other things that we bought. It was fun working with her!

Our sales Rep. Was amazing. He was not pushy and took us right to the couch we were interested in seeing. We were in and out with the couch ordered quickly.

I knew what I wanted, so there really wasn't much question of having to sell me something. I wanted the chair that matched my previously purchased recliner and love seat. The transaction was completed swiftly without a problem.

We came as we needed a new recliner. I should of came here before ordering one from Wayfair that has to be returned. They have a sale going for up to 80% off until the 21st. Hubby and I came as I had to sit in the chairs to see what would work since I'm under 5'. There is a huge difference in recliners. I needed what is known as a wall recliner with a straight up right back, and not one leaning back. I tried out numerous chairs as our sales guy Lure was very helpful as we explained my situation. Out of sitting in numerous chairs I narrowed it down to 2. He was so helpful and took his time with helping us out. I couldn't be happier as the chair I got was in my color and I could get out of, so I highly recommend going there.

Very happy with my purchase. I went into this location and didn’t find what I wanted in store. The salesman (I believe his name was John) helped us order this beautiful oversized sectional online. I was a little nervous ordering without seeing it in person but I’m so glad I did. It’s perfect. The communication was great and delivery service was also great. Highly recommend them!

I'm a repeat customer. I stopped in just trying to get some ideas to possibly replace my sectional couch. I saw Kim the first time I went and she showed me a couple of couches that I considered while doing some shopping around. I think I came back like 3 different times and through that I changed my idea entirely and finally made my purchase this morning. And I just can't wait to see how my new couches will look when they arrive! Went to Delavan Slumberland today to purchase furniture. Had a great selection and great sales staff . Purchased new living set along with all the extras . Very good pricing and happy with the time the sales staff took to ensure we were satisfied.

I went to Slumberland as I wanted to replace my existing bed with a captains bed for comfort and storage. The salesperson, Renee Beierwaltes, did an excellent job helping me select the bed from their catalog and a Tenprapedic mattress. The delivery and set up went smooth. The delivery guys were courteous and efficient. I highly recommend this company!

Chad was an excellent sales associate for the reclining chair lift we were to buy. Heanswer3d questions in a friendly way. He was quite helpful.

I called with a question about financing and was referred to manager Jason Larson, who was able to answer it and gave me additional info. His store in Delavan, WI, is an hour from my home, but he was so kind & helpful that I drove there the next day to look at rocker-recliners. I was able to purchase 2 chairs for the price of one chair, as quoted by a well-known store near me! Jason was patient, offered additional upholstery options and dealt with my quirky sense of humor. I recommend Slumberland to all who are looking for quality furniture at affordable prices. I’ll be back to bother Jason when I’m ready to purchase a new mattress!!
