The UPS Store

Love my local UPS store in Newport. Yesterday was the first day I was sending anything other than an Amazon return. As usual they were quick and professional and I was pleasantly surprised at the price for shipping. There were probably eight people in front of me but I wasn’t there longer than 10 minutes but the very best part, which I told them as I left, not only are the quick but the are friendly and patient! Something you don’t get a lot of these days! Way to exceed my expectations UPS!

I didn't know what to do with my package. The man was so pleasant he smiled and said we can do this. He went over with me what to. We got it done in a minute.

Jesse and Cole are so amazing and took me one minute before the store closed and then stayed for 10 minutes helping me figure out my return. Were so kind and helpful and made my day

Friendly, patient and very helpful!!! Even when the line is long, there are enough qualified, friendly employees to make the time move quickly. Always have had good to excellent experiences in this store. Would highly recommend!

UPS makes it so easy to return the items I have purchase which are not needed or maybe not exactly what I wanted. Without this, I probably would not purchase as much.

Wow, I had a lot of stuff to send to the Pacific Northwest and while I knew it would cost me, I had a very pleasant experience. The employee helping me was delightful and they were SO busy and she did her best to get my stuff measured and priced out as cheaply and quickly as possible. (She was also apologizing for the cost which has NOTHING to do with her and that was funny/sweet.) Most of my stuff arrived BEFORE the date she gave me and the rest on the day of. Perfect, worth every penny. Everything was wrapped and protected so nicely. I saw the line out the door when I got there and was worried but these employees are incredible, fast and all had a great attitude. I don't know why I moved away from the Midwest when this is some of the best customer service I've experienced.

I went into drop off an Amazon return and the manager was so helpful. He showed me their new self service scanner which saved me from having to wait. He also said that they do prints which will help me out. I just wanted to say thank you

I have had the pleasure of working with this location for about a year now. This is by far the best UPS store that I have used. Every single associate is very friendly and makes you feel like your part of the family. They go above and beyond to help you and get done what is needed.

The whole staff here is so pleasant and lovely to work with. Courtney especially is one of the kindest human beings I've ever met. We were having a conversation about life and our day so far and she mentioned she was having an "off day"--- I would love to see her what she's like on an "on day"---- she was so amazing and splendidly kind and attentive and helpful. I'm so happy that I was recommended to do business here by one of my fellow nonprofit board members for a local nonprofit we both serve on! I rarely ever leave reviews, but I had to compliment such a kind and helpful team they have here! :) Thank you for brightening up my day!
