Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

First time customer. Had the peanut butter custard banana was crazy awesome. The staff (kassey) was super nice and friendly and helpful! Love the layout Was a good first time experience.

Food is always good, but my experience was for the help they provided. I had an awesome customer service experience with the team who helped me beyond my expectations. I was on my way back from KY to TN in my car and needed Ev destination charging. I had some issues, so I was not able to use superchargers or any other chargers. I called the store asking if they can allow me and Caleb whom I spoke with went above and beyond and also discussed with their GM to allow me stay for charging beyond allowed limit to get me enough miles to reach the next charger in Bowling Green KY. Even while in the diner, the crew was supportive and polite. Thanks to them, I was able to reach home without needing any roadside assistance. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and also would like to visit soon during my next journey.

Great time. The gentleman at the register referred to himself as The Black Freddy...man, he had us in stitches.

My only complaint was some of the drinks were out and the bathroom needed some attention (my wife said there was no toilet paper in the ladies room and I found the men's floor was really sticky).

There was a very friendly man who calls himself the black Freddy. He was kind and very Comfortable to talk to. My children who don’t typically like to make orders were able to make their orders. It was a lovely experience.

As a person from Georgia, I can say this place is a good place to sit in with your family to eat. The atmosphere screams of retro dining(in a good way). The food was great but the fries were a little disappointing. I even had a burger in a lettice wrap instead of on a bun and it was delicious.

The owner was so sweet, he was checking in on us. He was making sure we were comfortable and happy with our food. And the food was really good, it was so fresh! I would recommend trying the custard, creamy, cold goodness! It may be too cold for ice cream, but never for custard!

Ive been in your Radcliff location multiple location. The tall dark manager goes above and behind to help his employees and customers. Can't say enough about how good he is to his customers. It's always a pleasure to go in.

I had dinner with my daughter and her friend and the Freddy’s in Radcliff, KY. I had amazing service from their team. I met the man who calls himself “black Freddy” and he treated us so kind! Makes me want to come here more!!

Freddy's in Radcliff, KY. if you have not been , you should. The custard is the best around and I love their lettuce wraps. The staff and management are always polite regardless of how rude some customers can be. I have seen Khyree (manager) working as hard as his staff. I met Brittany (manager) who was wiping tables down and helping prepare food. I brought my granddaughter in and mentioned ut was her birthday and they gave her frosty to her free.

We come here often, even if it's busy, because I know the food will be good and the service will be exceptional.

I came to Freddy's in Radcliff since it opened, it's always been clean and employees have always been great, thank you for the experience.
I met The GM Brittany this afternoon and what a great person she is, she was on the floor mingling with the customers and promoting your store like a pro.
She also made me aware of the new Elizabethtown store to open soon, that makes me happy now I'll have one in my own town. I've eaten at Freddy's as far as florida and have always been satisfied, thanks again Brittany

My friend and I had such a great time here! Black Freddy was super lovely and friendly and the ambience was awesomesauce. The place was clean and felt super chill.

Paris took our order at the front counter tonight. And she was the kindest worker we’ve had help us at Freddy’s. She was so patient with my 7 year old when he ordered. She made the interaction very personable. Thank you Paris for your exceptional customer service! Freddy’s is so lucky to have you on their team.

Stephen was so friendly and kind. if i didn’t have him take my order and check on us, on top of being an absolutely funny guy, my experience wouldn’t have been as enjoyable. hoping to come back just to see him again

Staff member Freddy immediately introduced himself. He was funny, personable, and friendly with everyone. He seemed to enjoy his work. He chatted and made small talk while still being efficient taking orders. Freddy is the biggest reason I would return. He is excellent with his customer service!

This place was great!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We came in with 13 people in our group and had fresh hot food within minutes.

The man that calls himself the black Freddy was very kind and made my families experience there amazing and the man that offered my son whip cream with chocolate was super nice as well, my son got to enjoy a treat that he normally can not get and he had a smile on his face 😀. I recommend this Freddy's because it was an experience that everyone should enjoy, and the whole staff overall was amazing it is now me and my families favorite place to eat.
