I will definitely be back for any future appliance purchases from these guys, from the first phone call to getting my new refrigerator everyone was extremely helpful, I called on a Saturday and a young woman named Jenna took my call as I was looking for a specific Frigidaire refrigerator that seemed no other dealers had a floor model or were able to order, low and behold they had one on there sales floor and had one in stock in there warehouse to take home that day! I liked that they have a large in stock selection of appliances on hand versus other dealers in the area. Also shoutout to Kasey the manager of the store for shaking my hand and thanking me for the business, I am a bit old school when it comes to stuff like that, it wasn’t much of a purchase at a mere $800, but a hand shake is definitely something lost in todays hustle and bustle.

We’ve always considered Rockweiler’s the only place to shop for appliances. Always an excellent experience before, during, and after the sale. Not all heros wear capes but these guys definitely saved the day for me. It had been 3 days since my dryer had quit working. I was able to order one online and pick it up right away. Even though they were almost closing for the day and a parade was about to take place in Viroqua. They led me out to the storage facility and loaded it up in my pickup for me. Being a Mom of 3 (including one in Forest School) means there is always laundry. So much laundry. The process was easy and the employees made the experience completely stress free. 10/10 recommend.

They arrived in the time span that they said they would and there was a extra belt laying under the washer I didn't want to start it up until I had them come the next day incase it fell off my new washer thank you I love them the washer and dryer

My husband and I bought a Frigidaire induction stove and received a set of cookware with the stove. We both really like the stove and the cookware. The cookware is of good quality and looks very nice. The stove and the cookware are both fun to cook with, but the most important thing is the treatment we received from the people at Rockweiler"s. They treated us with respect and were willing to answer any all questions about the stove and they had a sense of humor. They had what we wanted in stock and we didn't have to wait 4 to 6 weeks. We received our new refrigerator yesterday and okay so yes the deliveryman "Joshua" is our son but because of that I hold him to a higher standard than others and I must say I was impressed far beyond my expectations. He was extremely courteous and did an excellent job explaining the item as he was installing it. He also did an excellent job cleaning up every tiny piece of debris. Definitely a "Five Star" performance.

Everyone at Rockweillers was amazingly helpful. They not only located all the appliances we needed but they delivered them same day. Josh who did the delivery was incredible . He had to bring heavy appliances up a long outdoor set of stairs with no glitches. Thank you to all at the store who helped us today!!!! Much gratitude!

Great selection as compared to the big box stores, but much better service, much better financing options and options to get a much longer warranty on product. Plus, who can't forget the delivery staff who will take very good care of not only the product they are delivering, but your home as well. Even took the time to pet the dogs!
3 years ago I had Rockweiler deliver a large refrigerator, front door needed to come off, permission was asked before doing so, and once the item was inside they installed the door and the delivery driver even lubed the pins, now you won't get that type of service from your big box stores. Leave something in better condition then what you found it in approach, I like that Idea!
Our sales person, Jason, was very knowledgeable about the products and listed pros and cons of the features my wife was was looking at. I felt the no pressure sales approach was sincere and he would have done the samething for anyone else who visited the Viroqua location.

I've even purchased parts from them vs getting it online because they are very competitive to online prices as well. Plus, with them being local I can pay for product over the phone and send my teenage in to pick up the item and he has told me they were super friendly as well, even greeted him when he walked in.

Will be going back to Rockweilers in the future!
