Horrible customer service. It takes unnecessary time just to navigate their phone tree which asks unnecessary identifying information which then you have repeat when you finally talk to a representative. They mess up your prescription any time it changes or even gets renewed. They make up excuses, like blaming it on your insurance company and insisting you call them, and when you do they say there’s no problem on their end. They drop calls, which may or may not be intentional, and don’t call back. Many of the first-line representatives are incompetent, or at the very least poorly trained. Leadership does not return phone calls as promised. It’s as if they truly don’t care when or if you get your meds.I have had more problems with this pharmacy than you can even imagine. It is a true shame that anyone is forced by their insurance provider to utilize this pharmacy. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. If you have any other option, take it!

Listen to the other posts. Worst doesn't even come close. Only reason I gave a 1 star is there's not option for no stars or negative stars. Took a month just to get my script processed. They requested medical information from my doctor that they don't need to have for a pharmacy. They talk down to you and treat you like your stupid. That's just for starters there's more but I would bore you with a book. Just find somewhere else.

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. If you can get your medicine somewhere else, I would highly recommend it. If there is a problem with your order, they will not contact you. They also will reprocess your prescription, get their money and not send you the medicine

The worst specialty pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. I have been waiting over a month now for medicine. My doctors office has called them numerous times, sent everything needed numerous times with no luck.

I've never interacted with so many incompetent people in my life. Should simply be able to get my shots delivered once a month, on time but this is never the case without spending hours on the phone. They also have had an incorrect phone number on my account and I ask them to change it every time I call and they say they have but this person is still receiving messages for me.

Took 2 months to get a prior authorization approved that my physician had submitted in January. I got the phone call in MARCH that they had prior authorization processed through their system. I called every few weeks to check on it with some variation of oh we're working on it with one time even being told "I don't know why you're calling us, we don't talk to patients." Had to switch medication type because "policy". Temperature sensitive medication arrives poorly packaged, the *single* gel pack is completely melted. Garbage company. Use any other if you have any other choice.

Why does it take an hour on the phone to get a single prescription? And why does it have to be done once a month? And why can't you contact the doctor or nursing home directly? Someone over there isn't doing their job. Sounds to me, from the other reviews, that the state needs to do some investigating.

Worst specialty pharmacy ever. They clearly don't like making money, because it takes forever to get approved. The employees are incompetent, lazy, and not helpful. I will be filling a complaint with the insurance carrier, as well as with our insurance/pharma commissioner. I will also file a complaint with our AG.

Truly the worst specialty pharmacy I’ve ever used. Scheduled a delivery then didn’t contact me when they discovered an insurance issue. When I called to ask where my medication was on the day they scheduled, they actually tried to tell me they’d never spoken with me. It took 1.5 hours and a supervisor to locate the phone note and find the issue. If you have a choice, this is the last place you want handling your specialty medications.

Can't get issues resolved even with phone calls and multiple emails. Very frustrating.

Their services are garbage, took months for them to “obtain” a prior authorization that ins authorized in a week, and their billing department has tried to bill me without using co-pays. They cannot get it together, do yourself a favor and use a different company.
