Drew Coppage is an awesome realtor and he worked with us very diligently on the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home! In just a little over a month we had sold our old home and purchased a new home! He made the journey as easy as he could for us and for that we appreciate him immensely! If only we could have had him help us pack up and move!

Kim and I closed on our home yesterday. And we want to give a big shout out to our realtor, Scott Coppage, of All About Homes Realty. Those who know me know I am as cheap as they come, and I originally wanted to sell our home without using a realtor. After picking Scott’s brain (for free 😏) several times about the process, I eventually saw the monetary value in utilizing the experience and wisdom of a veteran realtor. Scott gave sage advice as to where to invest in our home to maximize the desirability and eventual selling power of our home. He then scheduled multiple showings over a short period of time to create a feeding frenzy for our home. And finally, he craftily maneuvered through the negotiating process to maximize its selling potential. We put it on the market over the 4th of July weekend, and in those 3 short days, we had 12 showings and 8 offers, 5 of which contained escalation clauses that placed the winning offer at $20,000 over the asking price. After signing the contract, he kept us completely informed and comfortable with the selling and eventual closing on the home. Throughout the entire process, Scott was able to calmly walk us through each step, fully explain each action and reaction, and manage our uncertainty in a way that made it a truly stress-free experience. But in a purely monetary sense, this penny pincher really felt like Scott MORE than earned his commission in raising the desirability and value to the sale of our home that we could not have done ourselves.
