I normally don't take the time to write reviews - but the excellent service I have received from Briova deserves to be recognized. Recently, I went on vacation and completely forgot to order my medication. Not only did Briova contact me, they helped arrange a special Saturday delivery to an alternate location just so I wouldn't miss my dose. They also worked to get me co-payment assistance so I got to benefit from a lower out of pocket cost of my medication, and they've renewed the program on my behalf every year, so I virtually don't have to do a thing. Also everyone I speak with is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have worked with many other specialty pharmacies in the past, and none of them even come close to the outstanding customer service I receive from Briova.

It has been a nightmare to say the least. On hold for over and hour at several times and had to hang up, like I have nothing better to do than sit on the phone to talk to someone and open a communication with my doctors office. Oh did I mention my doctors office could not get through and when they did, Briova sent a fax that said they could not contact me, but they did and the order was filled, but again no communication on shipping again. AND NOW WE CAN'T SHIP CAUSE THE SHOT ONLY COME IN 200 mmm. I called and someone actually picked up the phone. Thanks to Vanessa months of hell dealing with this issue was resolved.
Add more great people like Vanessa would make this company great.

I use Google to find the phone number and was appalled by all the bad reviews. I've received nothing but thorough, friendly assistance when calling on behalf of my mother. Yes, some phone calls have included numerous transfers, but ever since I realized that no matter what I'm calling about, I need to talk to the oncology department, that's been resolved. Today's call was 5-10 minutes. Sometimes if I'm late in requesting the refill, they'll have to put me on hold to check inventory/find a way to get it to me in time. I think that's more than fair, even if I end up listening to hold music for 20-30 minutes. It beats having to drive to the doctor's office for a paper script or calling doctors and pharmacies numerous times to make sure faxes were properly received.
TLDR: They're friendly, helpful, real people just like you and me doing work that is literally keeping my mom alive. I kinda like them.

Briova is great. They transfer me to a care coordinator right away, and always pick up and there is usually no more than a 2minute wait, and are all very, nice people. Quick, informative, nice people who care about their job, or at least seem that way. Briova is a 5 star pharmacy in my book.

Ronald is not the only one who had a positive experience with this Briova dispensing location they have been most helpful in getting a very specialized medication to me in the west when the dispensing pharmacy out here was out of it and I almost missed a dose so thank you Briova Of Indiana

GREAT COMPANY!!!!! They are very helpful, they called me for my refill & when I did have to call them, there was no wait time, all staff is knowledgable and polite. A+++++

I think that my pharmacy routes expensive drugs to be refilled through Briova because it makes it more difficult to fill them. I have to call once a month to schedule delivery of a necessary monthly drug, and there has never been less than a twenty minute wait before they put me on hold again to transfer to another department to schedule delivery. This is where I usually get disconnected and begin again from step 1. They do not have the option to give them your number for a callback the way that many online pharmacies do these days. I am giving them two stars because so far the representatives have been polite on the phone and I have actually gotten my medicine, albeit only after spending a lunch break or two every month re-scheduling everything.

I've had a number of issues with this provider. While I feel they've improved their operations somewhat (lower hold times, fewer dropped calls and IVR issues, etc), I continue to experience a lot of frustration in getting prescriptions filled in a quick and straightforward manner. This was never the case with my former specialty pharmacy (alas, a job switch led to an insurance switch, which led to a provider switch).

I seem to have problems every month. They send out the bill when it is too close to infusion date. They know that I can't get the bill, turn around, pay them, and expect it to get there by the time the medication is delivered. I have to put up with their calls every month about where is the payment for the medication, I always tell them the check is in the mail, really, and they get upset about it.

Briova customer service, for the most part, is satisfactory. However, while in the business of being a mail-order specialty pharmacy, you cannot make mistakes. On more than one occasion, Briova has not sent my wife's medication to her. To put it in perspective, she is recovering from a stem cell transplant resulting from Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Unfortunately, our insurance requires us to go through Briova for her specialty medication. The customer service representatives are by no means to blame and are quiet nice.

I dreaded having to get my shots filled every month. Its a hassle to talk to someone and if you can understand them (or more than one) and then go through all of that over and over. I've had to hang up and start over because I couldn't understand someone. Very disappointed in this company when they represent healthcare as big as they are.

ALSO: The name now is Optum. No change in phone calls. OptumRX app is somewhat better. At least you can request refills, see delivery dates and your prices.

United Healthcare needs to do more than take a look at this, need to make changes.

Im having the worst experience ever. They are failed to ship my medicine three times. I am on severe pain and they always have excuses. Please try not to use this place.

The worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I'm have a monthly injection subscription that I need to take for my pregnancy and EVERY. MONTH. I need to call in asking what the status of my shipment is because I need my next supply. It gets treated like a new subscription each time. 'When is your appointment? We will ship to your doctor's office.' Each time I need to tell them, it doesn't get shipped to my Dr office. It comes to my home. They never send me bills. They never contact me if there is an issue or if they need anything from me. I am on a financial assistance program to pay for the medication. They were given ALL of the info to add to my account via a phone call. I was told everything has been added. A week later 'we're not showing that info on your file.' Ridiculous. It's quite comical that the slogan when Google searching is 'Easy Prescription Refills'
