Tyler and the team were immediately open and upfront with us on all aspects of our transaction. Very family friendly and understanding of the financial situation we were working with. The moment we arrived on lot we were greeted warmly and we had our eyes geared towards a beautiful 2021 Maroon Chevy 1500 Warlock. It was exactly the kind of truck my wife was looking for. We were both afforded the opportunity to look under the hood, see the carfax, test drive it twice on highway 65, side streets and open parking lot. The team was extremely patient and ran numbers with us for two separate purchase options to try to benefit the family as well as give solid advice for private sale of our two potential trade-ins. We love them! We worked with Chad and he was great! They do care about their customers. They have done stuff more than any dealership has for us. Our tire went flat due to a hidden problem, but they gave us a whole new tire and have helped us and answered every question. We definitely recommend them! We got a 2020 Ford Fusion Hybrid from them and we are in LOVE with them!!! GO GET YOUR CAR.

Absolute great support, Lamar made sure we had the qualities we wanted and needed in a vehicle it’s absolutely perfect for me. Thanks for all y’all’s help :) didn’t get everything was promised and definitely had to argue a bit when things were wrong with my vehicle. They kept my vehicle for two weeks said it was fixed it acted up again two days later. My vehicle is great just things I have to fix.

So I bought a Nissan Rouge a year and a half ago from Tyler. He lied about alot of things on the car and i was delt a bad deal on it. My husband and I decided to give budge one more chance to make it right as I believe sometimes there is just a bad employee. This time we had Lamar S. as our salesman. Tyler Ramsey was my salesperson. I’ve never had such a smooth and quick car buying experience. I honestly didn’t think I’d get approved, but I did and now have a nicer, safer vehicle. I think I’ll go to him again when the time comes.

Traded in my 2007 bmw 550i and bought a real nice truck from Cam. Super friendly folks that made the sale super easy and put me in a nicer and newer truck than I thought I'd be able to afford.

Big Mike at Knox Budget Car Sales was amazing. We were looking for a first car for my 19 year old daughter and were hitting a brick wall. She had a budget and we were not finding anything reliable with low miles in that budget. Big Mike explained everything and suggested we finance with her on the loan to help build her credit. It was great and we left with a reliable starter car with only 41,000 miles on it! Big Mike really set my mind at ease knowing he was looking out for the best interest of my daughter. She is a film major at the University of Cincinnati and really needed a car that would get her back and forth during her college years.
