Excellent customer service! I was greeted upon entering the store (which isn't common in most places of business anymore). The gentleman who assisted me was helpful and knowledgeable about the products I had requested. Assistance with wiper installation was offered even in the rain.

James and the whole crew there today were very helpful and friendly. I came in for a new battery and left with a new battery and a smile!

Almost always have what we need. And if they don't have it they can usually have it in by the next day. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful and friendly.

Probably the greatest customer service I’ve had at any store ever thanks to Nathan and John. My partner and I broke down on 08/05 about a mile from the store down Bypass Road. We were 2:45 hours from home and had our dog and all of our luggage with us. Due to the time of our unfortunate circumstance, all other mechanics in the area were closed, so we called this store for any kind of assistance. Nathan was so helpful and nice on the phone and told me he had the parts we were needing, and even offered to call some buddies to the store to help with the repairs! We had our car towed to the store and found out we had a dead battery and a blown alternator. Nathan and John worked with us for over 2.5 hours (1.5 of those hours being PAST close!!!) helping us troubleshoot and get the parts into our car, and we were back up and running. Towards the end of the night and at a point where we weren’t sure if we would be getting the car running, Nathan was so kind to even offer us a ride to our hotel. They were so kind and patient throughout the entire process, and we definitely would have been in trouble without them. I cannot express enough how thankful we are for Nathan and John’s hard work- what genuinely thoughtful, knowledgeable, and awesome people!

The store manager Nathan goes above and beyond to help my mom that’s in another state find a part. He always helps me with what I need even when I describe it with one word. Thank you autozone for giving us the best.

Great customer service I couldn’t be happier. I called needing a item not in stock and Nathan remembered the part I needed and called me back. He even went out of the way and picked it up at another store location for me and delivered. Great customer service excellent people and location.

This was one of the best AutoZone I have ever been to. I was looking for bulbs for my reverse lights that would be brighter. I went to an AutoZone yesterday to inquire about such LED bulbs. I was told I would have to buy a wiring harness for the LED bulbs. However, while in Madison IN. at AutoZone. The parts guy just matched up The plugins from the bulbs to make sure that they would fit. And they were identical. So I didn't have to spend the money on a wiring harness for LED bulbs. The guy knew what he was doing he knew what he was talking about. I will most definitely go back to this AutoZone even though it's a long way!

We were very satisfied with the service and the advice. The auto part worked fine like it was supposed to. It was a very very neat and clean store. Everything was in order and it literally looked like a brand new store just opening it was so shiny and clean. We enjoyed the small talk with the friendly store employees. The employees were also knowledgeable about auto parts.

Very helpful and knowledgeable people working there, and if they don't have what you need they will help get it one way or another. Somewhat reasonable pricing compared to competitors! Wish that they would stock American made products for automobiles though. I don't want to sound racist or anything like that, but I have had many bad experiences with the parts they sell that are made outside the US and further south across the border! Other than that they are a good place to go to four most of your vehicles needs.
