One star is far too generous for this company who does not stand behind their shoddy workmanship. Shame on you!

This company will prey on single vulnerable women and take all their money and ghost theme. Look at the reviews this year. It’s become a pattern. Watch out ladies, the owner is dodging my aunt after she paid him 6k for a new roof he never even started while she struggles as a single mom in this economy.

Wrights has no urgency in starting jobs. You have to constantly call them to ask when they are coming to get work done. They will claim to call you back but never will. I once before was going to purchase a full metal roof from them but months and months went by and I finally called and cancelled on them. They gave me a 3 week estimate start date and that wasn't true. NOW I am just needing to have some repairs done because I gave up on getting a full roof. And they have yet to keep to their word on calling back. Apparently I am the idiot to try and use these people again and give them a second chance. NEVER AGAIN. waste of time.

After three weeks of no call/no show for weekday appointments and make up appointments for a bathroom skylight addition, I have decided to call it quits on Wright's Construction.
