Max Performance Physical Therapy

Can't say enough good about Max Performance. Alice and her staff are down to earth and make you feel at home. I felt like I was in a gym working on me....instead of feeling like I was in a sterile medical environment. I honestly missed going. My range of motion is much improved and the exercises are easy to do at home. Thanks guys

The staff greeted me every morning I came in, helped me work through serious injuries, and put me back on my feet. Couldn't have seen myself at any other PT location because Max has such a wide range of equipment to use, and a group of staff that makes you feel welcomed. If you are injured, take care of your body; get help from people that know how to help you in the best way!

Our previous experience with other PT providers had made us leery of PT even when we needed it. But friends kept giving us good references for Max Performance. Both my wife and I finally went (various times and reasons). Our experience has been excellent. We refer folks to them all the time without reservation and they report similarly good results and experience.

The staff is excellent ! Everyone is very caring and looks after their patients. Alice is very knowledgeable and easy to relate to.

I went 2 years ago and waited to be called back 30 minutes past my appointment time. The receptionist apologized. I gave them another try this morning 2/2/24 and my appointment was at 8 and once again I still hadn’t gotten called back at 8:30. When I brought this to the receptionist that I had to be at work at 9 she said ok so I told her to take me off the schedule and I wouldn’t be back. Her response was OK. This is very poor customer service. So my advice if you have all day to sit and wait keep going to Max Performance.
