We're from out of town and came up for Christmas. Wanted to grab some Christmas lights on sale and thought we had missed out on the after Christmas sale. Lady in the department ( I think she was a store manager or department head) was very helpful and got me just what I was looking for. Ended up buying 16 boxes of lights. Love this stores customer service.

My wife and I were locking for a storm door. A gentleman “Edward” helped us make a positive and informed decision.
We even purchased a door with some color to it which, Edward pointed out a matching paint was an easy match.
Very positive customer service experience.

Great store. They don't sell tankless water heater in store anymore. Can't wait for black Friday.

Being self employed, I have tried to teach people that if you will listen to what the customer wants, you can fulfill their expectations. That is how you achieve brand loyalty and have them return to you. It is still about the relationship you build with your customer. I see Quentin in management sooner than later. Don't let this gentleman get away. He's a keeper.

Its like the staff have a mind reading device. Didn't even finish thinking "ok where is the one I need though" before an employee popped around the corner and asked what I was looking for. Organized, clean, everything stocked, staff was helpful. All around good experience as I have come to expect from lowes.

Needed two pallets of road salt ASAP. Lowe's packed, and hauled it. The gentleman operating the fork lift could drop a pallet on a dime if asked. Top notch, above and beyond.

One of the best Lowe’s Home Improvement that you can go to. I have bought my zero turn mower from there. No hassle or issues with it. I just recently purchased a pressure washer from there as well no hassle and wonderful piece of equipment as well. Great customer service as well. They will have you help if needed in timely manner. There staff always been polite and very helpful. I highly recommend if you need to go to a Lowe’s this is the one to go to.

I was in the garden section today. They had a nice selection and there were plenty of workers around that offered their help and knowledge. I was able to find everything I needed to get my garden started.

U-Store outside air I think it's great that they got a front pump out there that you've put air in your tire thank you Lowe's

Forgot my wallet at home. Tina and Chris helped me through online order process so I could take my items home. One of the items wasn't showing in stock and caused issues at checkout. They quickly made adjustments and comped the item as it was an issue internally. Thank you for the fast and friendly service. Definitely makes me want to do business here again.

Seemed like they were well stocked on everything we looked at. Staff went out if their way to greet us and offered to assist us multiple times. Store was neat and organized. Went within 1 hr of closing on a Sunday and they were not busy at all. Had some excellent deals on scratch & dent appliances. Would definitely shop this store again in the future.

I don't really go in there to buy stuff unless my husband sends me but the day that we're there the employee was so helpful and we got what we needed. It was a very hard find also but you guys had it thank you
