The young woman was very helpful and polite during my visit. Even though it was just a simple size exchange, without my original sales receipt it became a monumental task as this store didn't stock this item. HOWEVER, the young lady waiting on me stayed with it and after a few phone calls and web searches managed to get the items ordered and hopefully shipped to me. (we'll see) I was lucky the store wasn't really busy, and she had time to do this as she seemed to be the only one working..
