I would like to give a shout out to Miss Mashanna who was extra helpful and decreased my time waiting for someone to help me in the tools department. I think she had noticed that I might have been waiting for someone to help me for a while and despite that she doesn’t work in that dept was able to help me and get me checked out. She was very very nice and unlike most staff act like you’re bothering them when needing help and seemed eager to help. So kudos to her and when it’s time for a raise I hope she get one.

I love lowes. It's the best place to all your home building needs. We had 2 returns, it went fast, and it was pleasant.

Today I had the best experience with customer service at a hardware or home improvement store since long before the Pandemic. I am camping with my husband in a town we have never been to before and needed a few things for our camper. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service that I received throughout my shopping experience, which included items from several parts of the store. I missed the name of the first employee to help us, unfortunately. I mentioned to my husband that the item I was looking for was not in the area that he suggested, and the staff person overheard me and directed me to the correct isle with a smile. While shopping on that isle, my husband approached another staff named Kim regarding a different item & she wound not rest until we had found exactly what we needed, looking up items for us and visiting two different areas of the store with us to ensure that we were helped. Sandy helped us at check out. We were in the self check lane and she took the time to scan all of our items & make sure that my husband got his veterans discount. All three of these exemplary employees were infallibly professional, positive and helpful. What a relief after so many years of deplorable service at other establishments since the pandemic started. I can not rate them highly enough!

Oliver & Antonio did a great job removing my old washer and dryer and installing my new Samsung set. Professional, fast, and efficient. Safety equipment properly used and installed without damages to units. 10/10 service!

First off I want to say that I live in Plant City Florida. Within 15 to 20 mi of my house I have three Lowe's stores I go to all three of them The one in my hometown I won't go to anymore because the help hides there there's nobody that will help you The shelves are so disgusting nothing's in its place it's just a horrible store to go to Lakeland I started going there I was there a couple weeks ago and nobody was in plumbing for over 30 minutes I'm pretty knowledgeable and plumbing and electrical I called the store to get somebody to come to the plumbing section and they said well we don't have anybody today I said what do you mean you don't have anybody well we can find somebody so I asked for the manager and manager said the guys out on funeral leave he had a death in the family I said well who's taking his place what we can find somebody well I guarantee I can do a better job than he can and then he got mad at me and said do you know how much it cost to to pay a plumber well if you want somebody in your plumbing department you have to pay that money or don't sell plumbing supplies because people don't know what they need to buy same with electrical You need a specialist in there to help people to have problems what that manager of Lakeland Florida did to me was just horrible managing. Now to go to the store in Georgetown Kentucky what a pleasant surprise two different times I've been there where the product I needed was on an upper shelf so somebody had to go get a ladder and get the product down they were there right away asked me what I needed went and found a ladder got the product down to me talk to me for a few minutes very personable very friendly and then a few days later I went back same thing product on the upper shelf this this girl went and found a lad I said oh I'm so sorry no sir that's my job I'm happy to do it for you went right up got the got the product down for me everything is in its place everything's put away it's not all thrown around like the Florida stores somebody from Kentucky needs to go to Florida and show them how to run a store cuz Georgetown is a model store. The next time I go into the store I will ask for the manager and tell him what I think of his store because if I can complain to the manager in Florida I damn sure can give my compliments to the manager in Georgetown I think he's doing a fantastic job

Jacob was very helpful with us find what we needed. Kathy was our cashier and she was quick and thorough.

Great customer service. Helped me with cart and got me discount for being last one that was very dirty. Appreciate that team went above and beyond

I love browsing around lowes, I do wish this location had better houseplant options like some of the other lowes though.

Lowe’s has become our new favorite store since purchasing our first home. Sophia in customer service has been so incredibly patient and kind throughout all of our purchases and returns while figuring out how to be homeowners. She has been so helpful and always has a smile on her face, no matter how other customers treat her. She is a great employee and we always look forward to working with her!

Excellent customer service. I had a whirlpool top load washing machine, with an agitator delivered, and I have no complaints. Everything was taken care of to the fullest extent! Will do business again. That's for sure!

You can get about anything at Lowe's washers dryers clothes screws water things lights tools wood doors window screens they even do the work for you if you want them to

Sophia in customer service is our favorite! She always helps us and has a positive attitude. We are very grateful for everything she has done for us! Best employee there!

My favorite thing here are the clearance flowers. I buy them and see if I can bring them back to life! My yard is full of these beauties!

Went to get some 2x6x8 lumber . None on the bottom shelf. Asked to have some sit down. Waited for someone to sit it down. Asked a employee said be right back . He walked outside twice and I still waited. 20 minutes later nobody showed up. Went to leave he was outside with hand in pocket watching another employee load a truck. Got in my truck to see the same two employee help a elderly man with two doors load hom . One employee pushed a cart the other one with hands still in pockets. Called the store to talk to Manger waited 30 minutes on phone still no Manger would answer . Never be back. I'll drive to Lexington to Home Depot from now on .

Lowe's in Georgetown Kentucky The main problem here is taxes never had taxes where I came from due to because we never need to have them even on our property taxes from where I came from where not much at all this is what I call greedy in all they want to do is take people's money and don't care how the other person lives considering that we all need to go to Lowe's or their rival home Depot to get stuff Ace hardware is a good place to get stuff too but Lowe's needs to get rid of taxes did not needed anywhere in the country so if you want me to come back there Lowe's you have to get rid of taxes there's no need of them no needed taxes anywhere around this damn country

Had the only good experience at this Lowe’s today , went for new kitchen sink lines and shower head and tub faucet and the Lowe’s employee working was actually a plumber , gave me every exact part and recommended a tool that loosens the hard to get sink lines , wish I caught his name , Lowe’s needs to hire more people like him who know their stuff

As always this place is amazing...They even carry C-7 christmas light bulbs as well as C-9 transparent.

Lowes always has what I need. The store is clean ,bathrooms are clean, and the staff is knowledgeable. Prices are good and items are quality.

Everyone was nice and quick to help me. But all I needed was a bucket. So I seen the Lowe's sign and knew I could get one there. I got in and out without messing anything up but just a tip for all my OTR friends. This is NO place to get a tractor trailer in and out of!

As always we end up here for our needs to do home repairs.
